They arrived on time and were friendly and professional.  They started to work right away and went above and beyond what any other cleaner has ever done for me.
They are honest and trustworthy.

I have a big house and they manage to clean it all. Their prices are very fair.

I am a single woman. Today Maria took down my drapes for me because I could not get the rod unhooked. She told me after they are cleaned to wait until she comes back to help me put them up. Maria even moves my refrigerator to sweep underneath. She changes my bed skirts when the seasons change because I cannot lift up the mattress,.these are just some of the extra things she does for her clients.
Maria does not come alone to clean. There is always one or two family members working along with her.  She only uses family members so she can be sure they are working the way she has taught them, and are honest. What would take 1 person 3 hours to clean, only takes 1-1/2 hours with 3 people. Maria is a hard worker, and from what I understand, most of her customers use her for years. I  give her a AAA+ rating.

I found her and her company here on Angie?s List about a month ago and scheduled her to come to give me an estimate. I have been thinking about hiring cleaners for every other week, but I needed one time help because of an extended visit with
family.
She forgot about our appointment for the estimate but came after I called her an hour or so later. Once we set the date for the job, she asked me to call her the day before to remind her of our appointment. I did this.
 Maria and her sister came to my home and cleaned today. I scheduled her to come two days before family arrives, which was not fair for a first time/one time cleaning  job. I did not have time to work with her to explain what I liked and what I would have liked to have seen cleaned better. I do not have experience working with cleaning people. 
 She arrived 20 minutes late, but had called to let me know when she would arrive. Again, so close to family arriving, I did not allow ?wiggle? room in my schedule for a delay so it was inconvenient. She did get the job done in the time she said and for the cost she estimated. She used her cleaning equipment and supplies with the exception of my vacuum cleaner. She was professional and friendly.
 English seems to be her second language.

They spent nearly 3 hours on the job.  They did everything that I don't really like to do!  Including cleaning under the sink and under the furniture.  Awesome.

I had a squeaking sound coming from my 2001 Nissan Xterra. I brought it into Japanese Beetle and got prompt service. I thought it was a belt under the hood and gave him an easy sale replacing one of those and claiming that was the problem. They listened to me but did their own inspection (no cost). What they discovered was a crack in the exhaust manifold that was creating the squeaking sound. I was first of all surprised they corrected me about the belt because it was an easy thing for them to replace anyway. But I appreciated their honesty. They had the manifold replaced that same day and the car runs great. I was disappointed to spend more fixing the car than I had planned but that's the fault of a 12-year-old car. When I went to pick it up, the guy even showed me the old manifold with the crack. That's way cheaper/more honest/better service than I've every gotten at a dealership.
I take both our cars there now for all regular maintenance and fixes.

Maria came on short notice and did a terrific job. She listened to to my concerns beforehand and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Maria and her sisters are very professional and are cleaning power houses! For 2 hours a team of 3 scrubbed my house from top to bottom. I would recommend their services from a one time clean to every week. Great services and amazingly friendly. Thank You to the Cleaning for Less Team!

A great cleaning team, very prompt and special attention to detail.

Maria met with me the day before the cleaning and gave me an estimate.  The price was excellent based on the depth of the cleaning needed.  The next day, Maria and a team of two others cleaned the house exceptionally well.

She is incredible!!  I let my last cleaning lady go after 2 visits because she just moved around the dust, and left after an hour.  Maria comes with one or two family members and cleans everything thoroughly.  She even washes my dog bowls and the wall behind them.  I once spilt a liquid in the space between the counter and fridge.  Maria moved the fridge to wash the area, then vaccumed behind the fridge. I work very hard all week and after Maria cleans my place, I feel wonderful because I can relax on my day off.  I don't worry about leaving her and going on errands because she is very honest.  I am very happy with her services and intend to use her for years until she retires.

Maria and her sister arrived on time and got to work right away. The apartment was very dirty and they did a fantastic job cleaning it in two hours. I would hire her again!

They are the best cleaning people I have ever had in 25 years. They are professional, extremely honest, conscientious, hard working, and thorough. They go above and beyond what is asked, and are delightful people.

She provided an estimate for a deep clean and we discussed which rooms would be cleaned, baseboards, etc. They did not clean the laundry room as promised (although we didn't really care about that room) and I had to continually point out areas that are part of any standard cleaning, like bookshelf surfaces. I had to remind her team to clean a bedroom; they had not been told it was part of the job. This was their third job of the day and they arrived almost two hours late and seemed very rushed. The quality was fine after 3-4 times ensuring that surfaces would be cleaned, but I would recommend going into great detail when getting an estimate as to exactly what you expect. I would also insist on being their first job of the day. Very nice people, just a little too rushed and unclear on the scope of the work we agreed on.

Maria and her sister have been cleaning for me once a month. They are easy to have around as they start working as soon as they arrive and don't take any time to chit chat. They clean very thoroughly, often including dusting cabinet doors, cleaning the top of the refrigerator and the stove burners, dusting the blinds, and vacuuming the furniture. They also move the furniture so they can vacuum under it.The last time they were here, Maria noticed that I had piled clean sheets on top of my bed; she took it upon herself to strip the bed and put the clean sheets on it along with the comforter and pillows. I never expected that of her, but she sees what needs doing and make sure it gets done. I can't believe my good fortune in having her and her sister clean for me.

You couldn't ask for a more professional job! Maria is an honest, personable, and hard-working person who has the highest standards. She goes beyond what you expect and is always wanting to please the customer. I have had her many times, and am always 100% pleased.
