"Incident Report Project: Kitchen Remodel Tracy Lee (Real Name: Tin Tin Myint) Date of Incident: August 89, 2025 Prepared By: Christian Parkourana- Clean Valley LLC Project Agreement and Scope On acceptance of the project, the customer, identified initially as Tracy Lee but whose legal name is Tin Tin Myint, was informed of the work scope and tight timeline. The agreed scope was to be completed in five days and included: Painting kitchen cabinets Removing old countertops and installing new ones Removing old backsplash and installing new backsplash Sink and plumbing work Kitchen ceiling drywall repair Hallway drywall repair The customer stated she had taken time off work, and we communicated that this timeline would be tight but possible if no additional work was added. All materials were to be supplied by the customer; our charge was for labor only. Day-by-Day Summary Day 1 (Demo and Prep): A crew was sent to perform demolition and preparation. Day 2 (Material Procurement): The customer had not pre-purchased countertops as previously stated. I spent four hours assisting her in material selection, using my own time and vehicle to transport materials to the shop for cutting. Day 3 (August 8, 2025 Incident Escalation): Crew arrived at 8:00 AM. By 9:00 AM, the customer began instructing them to strip all stain from the cabinets. This was not part of the agreement. The agreed method was light sanding, priming, basecoat, and clearcoat. I explained multiple times that full stripping would delay the project beyond the five-day schedule and exceed the quoted cost. This was the second time the customer stopped the crew mid-work, creating delays. While on speakerphone with the customer at 9:00 AM, I stated that continued interruptions would cause us to halt the project. The customer argued, referencing other contractors methods. I advised her to hire another contractor if dissatisfied. She became verbally aggressive. I instructed the crew to leave for safety reasons. Assault Incident When the crew attempted to leave, the customer: Grabbed their tools. Placed her hands on one of my employees. The police were called to the scene. The customer was cited for battery on August 9, 2025. Post-Incident Actions A formal termination letter was sent citing safety concerns, OSHA guidelines, and state/local law violations. We invoiced the customer for 50% of the contract amount for work completed to date. Documentation retained includes: Text messages Police incident report Photographic evidence Customer has contradicted herself, telling police her cameras did not work while admitting in texts that they did. Material Storage & Payment Terms Customers materials remain in our shop. A $19.75/day storage fee is applied until payment is made. Legal notice sent by email: after 60 days, we are not responsible for stored items. We will only resume work with full upfront payment of either: $3,000 to return and reinstall materials, or The full contract balance to complete the remodel. Conclusion The customer was consistently uncooperative, made repeated changes outside the scope, ignored professional recommendations, and engaged in aggressive and unsafe behavior toward our staff. We have all supporting evidence and witness statements, and we dispute any false claims she may present."
