Integrity Stone & Tile Cleaning

This was the second time we used Integrity. The first time, the owners did the work. We were extremely satisfied with everything. The second time, we learned that one of the owners had moved. Doing the actual work were two women (sister-in-law?) while the owner supervised. The experience was not horrible but not great. Not sure that I would use Integrity again.

They did a beautiful job, came on time, were exceptionally clean and their price was highly competitive. I am recommending them to my friends and would hire them again in a minute.

Upon completion of the work, the floors looked brand new.

Very professional , skilled, knowledgeable and punctual. Worked diligently  and stayed on task.  Achieved high quality results.

I have a granite counter that had been stained and scratched.  The company gave me a fair bid for the work but took much longer than expected to hone and polish it back to the original finish.  He ran out of time for the day and even though it wasn't perfect, I was satisfied with the results.  However, since it wasn't perfect, he refused payment and scheduled a return visit to complete the job perfectly and charged the original agreed upon price.  I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Two day job; completed on time.  Very satisfied with service

Very well. The only issue was one small corner that was missed. It was so small I didn't bother to complain.

They called back in a timely manner.  Friendly and courteous.  There was a little mix up on the time, they were to show up, but not a big issues.  They worked quietly and left the bathroom clean. 

 

The service was excellent. The price was high. I would have him clean my shower but not clean my kitchen counter for the price they charged. This is the second time I had them clean my shower, the first time the owner spent over 4 hours. His brother who cleaned my shower the second time spend only 2 hours. Also the kitchen counter cleaning and resealing took less than 2 hours.

Pedro and Chris arrived on time and they were professional and friendly. They finished the job within the timeframe that was given and the floor looked brand new.  Very pleased!!!

Pedro and Chris were completely professional, prompt, and very nice gentlemen.  They made sure everything was clean and protected while they worked and they left the site completely neat and clean.  Because of the damaged sheetrock, they brought in their cousins to do the repairs because I was having a housefull of kids staying with us and we needed the showers.  I really appreciate that they made this work a priority and helped solve a number of the problems that came up.  Their cousin, a union carpenter, did a great job as well and they worked until 9 p.m. to make sure I had the bathrooms available for guests.  It looked better than new.  They were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly.  I will definitely call them again if I need work done. :-)

Pedro and his brother, Chris, showed up exactly on time and were very professional. They explained the process, worked quickly and did a great job. My floors had not had a professional cleaning in 13 years and were a mess. I was very satisfied with the results. To add to their credibility, a very tiny mishap happened when their machine happened to catch on my wooden door threshold and left a tiny knick. I probably would not have even noticed it but Pedro informed me of the situation. It was not anything i was worried about but I appreciated his honesty.
I will definitely use them again for a restoration cleaning next time and to come back and do the travertine floors in my bathrooms. I highly recommend Integrity Stone & Tile Cleaning - their name says it all!

Estimate was very reasonable. Pedro come with his crew on time. Very clean job, no mess, very clean crew.   Professional work and professional attitude.
Excellent job on restoring my old scratched and spotted marble entryway floor. It looks like new now.
My newly installed granite floor was perfectly washed an sealed.
My old granite countertops were cleaned and sealed. They look like new now.
