Louis & Jake were amazing. Louis explained everything initially and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I just relocated to Modesto, CA. and didn't know whom to call. Louis's company had very high reviews and now I know why. Louis and Jake made me feel comfortable the moment I met them. Louis is very honest, gave me some tips that I had no idea about and went above and beyond my expectations. Our carpet looks new again and goodbye stains. I would use this company again and have already recommended ProCare to a neighbor. Thank you so much!!! Their prices are unbelievable and I am more than pleased with their service! Have used this service at least three times successfully.  However, this time, there was a new person with the owner.  I was not as pleased with the results.  Did not look quite as good right away, and more important, did not stay as clean as previous service.
l will probably try another company next time, just to compare.  To be fair, I have moved quite far from the first address and the owner was still willing to drive the extra distance.  I appreciated that.

My carpets were REALLY dirty.  They came in got to work and was finished in about two hours.  To top it off I added more rooms to the initial order and the price was great.  They did a really good job and my carpets still look great after Christmas!

Louis and his son Jacob arrived between 9-930 as scheduled.  They cleaned the areas fast and efficient by vacuuming first, spraying with their treatment and then cleaning.  They placed a few fans around to help the areas dry faster too. I would recomment them to anyone I believe they are well priced and you receive great service.  A plus was they were dressed in their company shirts which to me means they are professionals and look the part.  Thanks for a great service right before Thanksgiving and getting back to me so quickly to schedule appointment.

Very polite and courteous, they moved the required furniture and did a nice job.

First off, of the 3 carpet cleaners i left messages for, Louis called me back the fastest. The other 2, called back days later- AND had much higher estimates.
He gave me a quote over the phone, which was great because i did not want to show my house to 3 strangers & Then pick. He was also the LOWEST quote!
Louis was EASY to talk too, VERY personable! He gave just enough info about his expertise that i felt confident in hiring him. He arrived on time, even though i moved his start time because of a family thing. 
About the quality of work.... floors looked Great after!! I would definitely hire him again.

We have a very large home with carpet that had not been cleaned in a while.  The cleaner arrived on time.  Pre-treated highly soiled areas prior to cleaning.  Cleaned the carpet thoroughly and provided advice on how to keep the carpet clean longer.

It went great.  No strong smells when they were done , dried quick and carpet looked fantastic.

There were very tough stains (some pet stains) that were completely removed.  They were right on time, very professional, and finished the job in under 2 hours.  Carpet was fairly dry when I left,  The real estate agent will be able to go in and take pictures of the house tomorrow, so we can put it on the market.  Thanks, Louis!

Overall good job but there were tough stains they only succeeded in reducing visibility but not completely cleaning them

Louis, owner of ProCare Carpet & Tile Cleaning, was a pleasure to work with.  He is very professional and knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. I called and talked to him extensively a few times before calling him out for a free estimate. My tile floors had old, dried on paint on the tile and grout, and the wood under my old carpeting had old pet odor stains.  He was very open to answering all the questions I had for him before doing the jobs, which basically involved all my home's flooring.   He came out and gave me a free estimate, which was a very reasonable price among the quotes I had gotten.  I needed to wait a few weeks before having him come back and clean my flooring, and he was quite willing to wait for me to call him back.  No high pressure sales tactics.  He did the job with his son who is a very courteous and respectful young man.  My job actually took them longer than anticipated, due to the old, dried on paint on my tile and grout that was very stubborn to remove (and there was more of it that he couldn't see when he came out for the estimate due to tarps being on the floor as we were doing a little remodeling), but he did not raise his price.  I was very pleased with the results, the professionalism, and the price.  I prefer to use local businesses, especially small, family-owned businesses.  My experience with Louis and his son was very positive.   I have referred Louis from ProCare to friends and neighbors.

Louis was on time for his appointment. He scared the job and quoted a price.

He came to my new house and picked up the key to home to be cleaned and then returned the key the next day after completing work. The carpet looked great.

This is a small job and they squeezed it in their busy schedule.  They told me beforehand some stains may not come off so I could decide on my own.  I appreciated the communication.  My agent told me they showed up on time and did a great job. 

Did a great job.Can't recall if the $130 I quote above is exact or the date, but it was a great price.
