"Sheng was efficient and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes he had my initial problem solved. Then I asked about the slowness of my PC. I had asked another repairman a couple years ago and he was not able to answer. Sheng immediately told me it was my hard drive and explained why. He took my PC home, bought a solid state hard drive, installed it and transferred everything to it. He brought it back the next morning. It’s now like new."
