Kennie from ASAP Computer Services resolved all my issues. He also educated me with how Microsoft was ending their support for WinXP. So I decided to upgrade to Win7. I have 5 pc's and 2 Mac laptops in my office. He installed new and faster SSD hard drives, upgraded hardware as needed, backup and transfered files, folders and email contacts. He installed Win7, Office 2010 and Outlook 2010. He setup my email contacts and folders, setup my network system and my much needed wireless. It's been a week and I'm very happy with the results. I would recomend his services to anyone anytime.
