I had three other companies look at the desk top and they could not fix the issue remotely or in shop. Once I contact MacNet- Brad Redding came out and fixed the problem in ten minutes. I am very pleased with the results.

After doing some searching to find a MAC repair expert, Brad's name was the one that kept coming up. Not wanting to leave my computer at the Apple store for repair (cost and length of time to repair), I called MacNet and Brad said to bring it in and he'd get back to me quickly with a diagnosis and estimated cost to repair. He called with the bad news: it needed a new hard drive AND the computer was loaded with malware. He quoted a price, and although it seemed high, it was a lot less than buying a replacement.

It took him more than a day to backup all the data and remove all the malware, and once that was done he could finally replace the hard drive with a bigger, faster one than the original. He also had to add software to reduce the fan noise, typical when doing this kind of repair as I found out when researching it. After the repairs were complete, he reloaded all the data, and within a day and half he had it up and running better than when it was new! Best of all, he was open to answering all my questions.

I highly recommend MacNet for repair of Apple products. I know he will be the one I'll call in the future, should we have issues with any of our other Apple products. Excellent job!!! 

He knows what he is doing.  He is personable.  He is not cheap but he is not inordinately expensive.  When my screen crashed instead of having to go buy a one he had a huge one that he sold me for $40.  I have a laptop he kept both of them going without me having to buy a new one.  Even if I have a question I will just call him and he will give me an answer without charging me.  If I don’t know how to do something I will call him and he will help me through it.
