ELITE COMPUTERS

I want to transition from a Mac to a PC (the Mac is worn out; a new one is too expensive for what I need). I talked to Joe, who became very impatient with me regarding questions about the computer. I do not think he was courteous or professional. He didn't seem to care for my business one way or the other, and offered no recommendations to help me. I thought he was curt and disrespectful. I recommend caution to those who are not able to provide technical information or to those who are not versed in computer  techno lingo. I wanted help and service. Didn't get it.

Everything that they do they stand behind! They do a fantastic job that is worth every penny. They are reasonably priced though and reliable as well. It doesn t take long for them to complete the work and they are able to answer all of your questions. I would recommend them any time.

The computer tech from ELite Computers was running late, so the office called me early to let me know - no problem. He arrived with a smile, and was very professional and helpful while he worked on my computers and printers. There is no way I could've accomplished what he was able to! He charged me very reasonably, and was clear about having me call back if any additional assistance was needed. I'd hire them back in a minute!

HE DID A GREAT JOB.

COMPANY USED IN PAST, WAS RELIABLE, VERY GOOD IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND EASY TO RELATE TO WHEN TRYING TO UNDERSTAND PROBLEM.
