Sheng was efficient and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes he had my initial problem solved. Then I asked about the slowness of my PC. I had asked another repairman a couple years ago and he was not able to answer. Sheng immediately told me it was my hard drive and explained why. He took my PC home, bought a solid state hard drive, installed it and transferred everything to it. He brought it back the next morning. It’s now like new.

They were very punctual. Understood my issues with the computer and solved them. Technician Ben Lee was courteous and kept me inform of what he was doing and by the number of screens he cycled through, you could tell he really knew the Windows operating system. The task wasn't easy.
