"Chriswell said they could do it all and I contacted them based upon Angie's List and Home Advisor. They sent a person out to look at our home and review the dry rot report provided by a reputable dry rot and pest company. He made a copy of the report and took it back to office after walking around our house and said he would get back to me. Two weeks go by and no response, so we contacted the office and were told that that person no longer works for the company. So, they set out their project manager to look at the project and she was unfortunately no better than the first person they sent out. She never provided an estimate for repairs and painting despite two separate visits to our house and my contacting her several times and each time she said she would get back to me with an estimate. The bottom line is that we never received an estimate despite three different visits to our home by two different people including the project manager (that's is what her business card stated). Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. It is our belief that the project was too large and complicated for them to do it but they never were willing to admit it. A huge waste of their time and my time."
