"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot!
