Envirowash IncI requested a quote last Saturday morning and Curtis responded within an hour and agreed to come out to do an estimate 3 hours later. He showed up on time and the estimate was in line with other virtual quotes I had received. I really appreciated Curtis's willingness to come out in person, and so quickly - this personal level of service made us decide to go with him. Curtis discussed a couple of options with us, and we decided to have him power wash the entire house, driveway, porch, and cement walkways. He was back on Monday morning, ready to work, and he completed the entire job on Tuesday. The house and all power washed walkways look so clean and fresh - our next door neighbor was also impressed, and hired Envirowash to power wash his house the next day! We will definitely be using this service to power wash our backyard patio and deck in a couple of months. 5 star service and recommendation.- John R.

No More Dirty RoofsThe cleaning was done well, without damaging my middle-aged roof. Price was reasonable. The owner was prompt, perhaps too much so. (He pushed coming out the day that he responded to my request.) My only serious concern was that, after he provided an estimate for replacing another roof (my garage's), and I reached back out to him sometime later to take him up on the offer, he never responded back.- David H.

They also powerwashed our back porch and our chicken coop roof (metal) and its cedar siding; they all look sooooo much better! Definitely plan to use them again on more projects in the future. He took his time, explained to me all the details and offered suggestions on the types of shingles as well as the color of the shingles that would best compliment my brick exterior.. He was professional. His wife Jo Anne was professional as well and sent me follow up emails explaining everything. The work was done as proposed, on time and at the price quoted. The people I had contact with were wonderful from talking with Jo Anne to schedule appt. , and talking with Charles for the estimate, to talking with the supervisor before, during, and after job, all were great. Charles came out and was the only estimator to get on the roof and inspect everything. He even quickly made a couple of repairs while up there and probably fixed 99% of my problems. But my roof was 30 years old and NEEDED replacing so I wasn't going to press my luck. Their estimate was lower than most, but I had used them before for a small job and they were great to deal with, so I went with them. I figured the money I may have saved with the lowest est may not have been worth the headache if I had any issues down the road and I am confident Charles and Jo Anne will take care of any issues if they arise. The only issue was with the trash from the crew. It was a windy couple of days and I didn't expect every little piece to get collected but they were not as tidy as I would have liked. At the end of day one all material had been removed from both roofs and both covered with felt. That would have been a good time to gather most of the debris but they didn't. So i went across my 10 acres and my down wind neighbors property picking up blown trash. Roofing materials were to be expected but I was also picking up large ice bags and fast food bags. But in their defense it was windy and that stuff may have blown from the back of the truck. The crew did do a great job and worked their tails off so I can cut them a little slack on the trash. The finished product looks great and I believe I won't have any roofing issues for a very long time. Hopefully will never need another roofer in my lifetime but if I do I will surely call Charles and Jo Anne.- john c.
