Snap Home Pro/Snap Roofing

Do not hire this company. We purchased a home in December. Unfortunately, the seller agent - Valentine Properties - hired Mr. Leo Poe and his company Snap to replace a flat roof as part of our contract. On the day of our walk-thru, Mr. Poe was still in the process of working on the roof. At sight, the roof did not look as it was supposed to, sloped in one direction away from the house. Mr. Poe insisted that the way they did it would not cause us any problems. He provided a "warranty" for seven years. After our first major rain, the roof leaked. We had 4 different roofers come to inspect the roof. Each one of them pointed out various problems with the work that was done by Mr. Leo Poe. The flashing around the edge of the roof was installed incorrectly. Not all of the seams were sealed. There was an open gap between the roofing material and the substrate below. And the materials they used are rarely used anymore. Comments by other roofers included "it's a mess", and "they didn't know what they were doing". When we contacted Mr Leo Poe he patched one area of the roof, but it leaked again the following week. Instead of promptly replacing the roof as we requested, he sent a "partner" who, when asked, admitted that he did not do roofing, but was looking to find a leak. It seemed as if Mr Leo Poe was trying to find another issue in the house to blame the leak on. This, despite there being a large gap that we found on the flat roof open to the elements, and 4 other roofers stating it was installed incorrectly. Instead of getting a proper roof replacement that was part of our home purchase contract, we have a loss of more than -$5000, as we now not only have to replace the roof, but also the ceiling that was damage inside, and other damage to property. Our initial instinct was that Mr Leo Poe was not competent in roof repair when he worked on the roof the first time. This was confirmed by the leak. And also by 4 separate roofers.

recommend this company. Leo was 100% professional. He was always on
time, and accessible by phone, email, and text for any questions or
concerns. I really appreciated that. Leo provided helpful and practical
advice with our project. He kept his word on absolutely everything he
said he would do. His crew was on time and completed the job on time.
His crew did fantastic work. I am very pleased. Our interlocking paver
patio looks great. If you have a concrete project, I highly recommend
that you contact Snap Home Pro.

SO IMPRESSED!!!! WOW!! From start to finish so happy with the service of Snap Home Pro Leo was our sales rep that came out to give us our bid, show us roofing samples & schedule our job. Materials & dumpster were delivered Wednesday. Workers arrived at 9 am Thursday. By noon they had the 3 layers of old roofing ripped off the back of the house. They had the new plywood & tar paper installed by 2 and then worked the next 3 hours in the rain putting down the roofing material. Friday morning the rain continued so we did not expect them to show up. Saturday (this morning) they were here bright and early again at 9am. They were completely done by 5pm! The workers all busted there butts & were amazing! We bought them pizza for lunch because we were so impressed by their work. They did a great clean up job including using a magnet to look for lost nails in the yard & a leaf blower to clean up our deck & front yard.
