Precision Garage DoorThis was a great experience. Tech was very friendly and they were able to set up an appointment very quickly after we had a spring break. After reviewing the damage they offered three different options to fix at different prices and didn’t try to push us towards any more expensive items. We still ended up doing a full equipment replacement. Love the way the new system looks and can’t get over how quietly it runs. They offered a few more options at the end, but again didn’t push us at all on trying to buy, so we appreciate the honest approach. We needed to replace two front porch columns and repair some water damage on an exterior door. We received three quotes for the job. The House Doctors quote was in the middle but decided to go with them due to their availability to start our project. The crew that came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!

Clearly they are busy, that's no problem, but would have been far better to have simply stated they weren't taking on new business at the moment than to have visited and not bothered to follow up. I picked them due to good past reviews. A perfect example of people ruined by growth and past success.
