I personally had a good experience working with Sti garage doors. From the intake call to the installation it took less than a week. Irina was very prompt in providing an estimate and patient as I made various requests for additional estimates. I wasn't sure the door type I would go with, so I wanted three estimates based on insulated, color, no installation. This company was the fourth estimate. They were reasonably priced, not the cheapest of the four quotes, but they did offer trim and the customer service was good. Day of installation they were ontime came right in and got to work. They took down the old doors and had the new doors up in less than 4hrs ?. I went from grey wooden doors to white insulated doors. I'm very pleased with my doors and the look.

Was a dream working with this company. Called on Monday morning. Tech arrived by 12:30 PM. Replaced the springs for $425. Was told by other places they couldn't get their hands on the springs. Tech was friendly, clean, courteous and fast. If your garage door is messed up, call this company.

SERGEY was awesome. Garage door failed at 6PM the Thursday night before my movers were were arriving on Friday @ 8AM. I called and spoke with Sergey (after no answer from other businesses). He arrived at 7AM the next morning, repaired the door, installed and programmed an outside external key pad for back up opening/entry and the pull string that was missing. He completed the worked and was gone at 7:35AM. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very reasonably price.

The installation went very well. They were so responsive and professional, I would definitely use STI again.

STI beat out several competitors by doing a better job at quote time by showing samples of each garage door type, and quoting in-stock materials that allowed work to be done two days after quoting instead of waiting weeks for parts. The work was done professionally on schedule completing the positive experience. Cant beat: Cheaper quote, better models quoted, work performed on schedule.

Good but a little expensive but came quick and on a Sunday which was the same day I called

Tony from STI Garage replaced a bracket and did a door adjustment for $250 and then a Tune-up for $99 (promotional price, reg. $150) and then gave me 10% off for being an Angieslist member! Then he showed me where and how to spray WD 40 every couple of months to keep the wheels rolling smoothly without a lot of sound! He arrived when promised and was very professional and helpful!

Claimed a deal offered by STI Garage Door and the company responded very quickly. However, the deal included replacing only one torsion spring. I managed to negotiate a good price for replacing the two although only one is broken. The technician Sergey came in a very hot day, but he was punctual and very professional, did a good job in a short time, and cleaned up thoroughly. It was a pleasant experience.

Couldn’t be better! First returned Call back within an hour First visit scheduled for two days later. Parts were ordered and the job completed beautifully in less than a full week from my call. All staff were professional, prompt friendly and fully versed in explanations and support The deserve the highest rating!

An excellent experience! We met on Friday to discuss what was needed and I received a quote. Since distributor had the doors in stock, installation was done the very next day. The installers were excellent, took their time and made sure EVERYTHING was perfect.

Very well. Sergey called me just a couple minutes after I put in my Angie's List order. This is the fastest response from a contractor I have ever experienced. I can say for sure I am impressed by his speed and skill (of course he does this kind of work hundreds of times a year, but being first to show up and start working still counts). He is very friendly and cheerful, a people person I think.

They came the same day I called, which has been a problem for other garage door companies I contacted. Both of our cars were trapped in the garage before they came and did the repair. They finished the repair the same day.

Sergey was the first to respond to my quote request. When I hired him he was equally quick to provide quality service at a reasonable price. He finished installing my garage door opener and walking me through how everything works in about 90 minutes. Very efficient, would recommend.
