""I initially hired Steiner Remodel to help me redo the floors in my 1921 built house. I wanted to ditch the carpet and replace it with wood. Beyond that I was really unprepared for the job. Tim (owner operator) really helped me out with material both in selection and in explanation as to expense and labor time and I am very pleased with the results and the knowledge i gained. Tim did such an outstanding job on the floor that I just kept adding jobs until I had done a fairly substantial remodel. Kitchen, master bath, floors and a rogue pipe burst and subsequent rebuild of the room the pipe burst in. Tim was fast and efficient in his work and paid exceptional attention to detail. The part of the remodel I was the most surprised by was the gutting of my bathroom. I didn't think any amount of work would make the room any better as it was not possible to expand without some serious alterations to the house's structure and for the entirety of my time living in the house I have strongly disliked it. Tim turned it into the best possible place it could be and I have never been happier to be in there. On more than one occasion there were unknown unrelated problems from past work and he helped me figure out the best way to solve them for my budget. One of those options was to just tell me how to do some of the more basic things and let me do them myself. Tim was very accommodating to my needs and his communication was excellent. I have been nothing but satisfied with Steiner Remodel and I also recently had Tim rebuild my fence and gate. Again exceptional work and I plan to hire him again. Thanks Steiner Remodel (Tim)!!""

The process: 1. Consultation to dial in your overall remodel goals. 2. I take 3D scans and measurements of your home (or areas that will be remodeled) which will be used to digitally recreate your home for the redesign process. 3. I create 2-3 remodel floorpan blueprints. This allows you to choose from multiple design options and see different ways your space can be used. All floorpans are designed according to current architectural building standards and include all of the measurements needed to start the building process. I specialize with anything having to do with walls! From A to Z. That's why Wallz ends in a 'Z' in my logo! I can build a wall, drywall it, texture it, make it smooth, repair it, fix it, remove wallpaper, paint it, put a door in it, or whatever you need! I was using Thumbtack for 6 years with a 4.8 star rating and 91 reviews. They have gotten extremely greedy on how they charge us contractors with no help in sight so i have decided to try here.
