"I LOVE this business! I reached out to them via Angie's List late one evening and heard back early the following morning. They wanted a very small fee to replace the glass in my gallery frame. I dropped off the frame, including the broken glass which they very kindly disposed of for me, and it was ready that day. As if the service level wasn't good enough, the office rep is very nice and helpful. She is a real asset to their business. I'll be back next time I have a glass problem for sure!

"I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it.

"We were right regarding rot - we had a mushroom sticking out above our 2nd story bedroom's window - and basically everything from the gable down had damage. We ended up having our southern-facing gable redone, plus expanded the scope of the siding replacement due to wider-than-expected water damage and to avoid an odd appearance of keeping just a few of the original sheets of siding on that part of the house. I can't say the job went without a hitch - this was an unexpectedly large job, and there were a few misses - but Jim was great about making sure all issues were addressed. "Every aspect of working with Classis Sash and Door was fantastic. The owner, Mark, was the only person who quoted our project that actually offered his own recommendations and insight into our window project to help our house achieve a unique aesthetic appeal. No one discussed divide light options with us for the windows aside from Mark unless we asked. He showed us the construction differences of the Marvin windows we ultimately bought vs other window types he and others install. He showed us divide light options which no one else even mentioned existed. He truly cared that the final look of our house generated some curb appeal even though we do not intend to sell the house. Project coordination and communication was fantastic. We got updates on the status of the windows from the factory and when the install team would be out. His install team was prompt, professional, and did a great job caring for both the interior and exterior of our house. The windows were installed on schedule and the carpentry work for the door was well done. Despite a couple project setbacks, the experience was fantastic. Classic Sash puts their customer first and it shows. There were a couple window interior sections from the factory that were not painted and were mounted adjacent to sections that received factory paint. Mark took care of it so effectively you cannot tell that the factory screwed up. One of our sashes was damaged during shipping, and again, no problem. They contacted Marvin right away, got a replacement ordered and installed it as soon as it was ready. I would recommend Classic Sash and Door to anyone looking for window replacements for a house they intend to keep or want some great input of enhancing the look of.
