I LOVE this business! I reached out to them via Angie's List late one evening and heard back early the following morning. They wanted a very small fee to replace the glass in my gallery frame. I dropped off the frame, including the broken glass which they very kindly disposed of for me, and it was ready that day. As if the service level wasn't good enough, the office rep is very nice and helpful. She is a real asset to their business. I'll be back next time I have a glass problem for sure!

very dissapointed in the quality of the work. The glass has gotten fogged up in about a year. If you hire this guy make sure you get some guarantee about the quality. Did not expect such substandard quality for this price.

We had the most amazing service from the day we called for an estimate until today when the window was installed. They were punctual from the very beginning, very professional, courteous, and Mike did a perfect job with the window installation. They also offered the best price.

Very professional office and contractors. Provided estimate in a timely manner and performed the work exactly as scheduled. I was informed of a slight delay in the worker arriving which was much appreciated. The work and product are guaranteed and look perfect. They also fixed some damaged screens and did an excellent job.

Went very well -- took measurements, ordered the glass and two people came out to replace the older glass. Price included a 10% discount from a coupon listed on Angie's List.

Everything went smoothly. The job was just done, so need to wait to see how the seal works, but assume it will be fine. Our only complaint is the installers tracked in some mud as it was a wet day.

Called and setup appointment for estimate very quickly. Showed up on-time for estimate which took just a few minutes. Minor problem getting the emailed estimate. They called a week or two later (which they had described) once the glass was ready and scheduled installation. On-time with installation which took less than 30 minutes. Completely cleaned up afterwards. An all-around excellent experience and I highly recommend The Glass People.

I am so happy with the major window replacement The Glass People did for me! They were not satisfied until it was perfect! The true measure of a company shows itself when something goes wrong, and the first glass was not 100% right. Andrew and Mike came back the next day and I have a beautiful new window! Working with the office staff on the phone was very pleasant too!

Andrew and Mike were the installers and I can't say enough good things about them. They truly u nderstand what customer service is and additionally this applies to the office staff as well. I would hire them again in a heart beat should the need arise.

Great! The Glass People did an excellent job of installing an oversized bathroom mirror they'd prepared, and all the furniture tops were cut to size and placed on the pieces for which they were intended. The Glass People, from administration to those who measured, delivered and installed the glass, were courteous, prompt, and professional. I will definitely be contacting them for any future glass needs I have and I highly recommend them to anyone needing glass or mirrors.

It went great! Not only were they responsive, they fit my appointment in on a weekend. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will certainly hire them again.

The quote process was quick. Detailed measurements were needed for a custom window cutout (separate time) The glass was put on order (took a couple weeks) Then the job was scheduled for a particular day. The crew of 3 showed up promptly and finished in faster than I expected fashion.
