Great people to work with at all levels. Personable, integrity, focused.  They do a great job of working to meet customer needs.

Hired DT Glass twice because of the workmanship and great installers. 
Both jobs went great.
When they came to do the install on the 2nd bathroom on 2015, I mentioned the towel hook on the master bathroom's enclosure (installed 2013) was placed too close to the door and it was catching the towel.
They recut a new panel piece, removed the old one and replaced the new panel promptly.
Michael and his crew are great to work with and they stand by their product 100%.
We are very pleased with DT Glass work on both enclosures.

I called several local glass installers to get quotes on the shower glass.  They all had similar prices and approximate time-frames for ordering and installing.  We went with DT because their customer service was by far the best in the initial stages.  They not only answered questions, but offered advice, suggested alternatives, etc.  In fact, they helped us save some money by avoiding costly upgrades.  They made us feel like they valued our business.
The rest of the process has been the same.  Great communication about when they would be on-site to take measurements, provided lead time quickly, and showed up for install on-schedule.  The various people who did the work work courteous and professional.
The shower door arrived with a small imperfection in the grind on the top of the door.  They are replacing the door with no issues.

It was perfect. Still is. After a leg injury and knee replacement surgery, we knew our sliding shower door was an inadequate opening and very difficult for handicap access. The new door is far more attractive and more functional.

DT Glass Inc was here when they said they'd be here.  They took all the measurements, helped me pick out appropriate hardware and let me know when to expect an estimate.
After the estimate and my approval, they were quick to schedule an installation.  The installers were professional and courteous. Again, they showed up on time!  They were very clean and neat and did not leave any mess for me to clean up.  They explained how the door worked and how best to clean it.  They didn't even mind my 3 dogs barking at them and wanting to see what they were doing.
DT Glass is AMAZING!  I will be using them again if I have further need for glass services.  I will also be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Great!  Everything went smoothly and they were very nice to work with.  The finished product was stunning.  After a couple weeks I noticed an issue with the caulking and they immediately came back to fix it.  I have had it for awhile now and it still looks awesome.

Our remodeling contractor arranged for DT Glass to fabricate and install a glass shower door and glass enclosure. We are very pleased with the beautiful result and can't say enough about the professionalism of DT Glass. A top notch company--all involved were highly competent, as well as genuinely nice people. Highly recommended!

I called their office and described my problem (the hinges for our heavy glass shower door was pulling away from the wall). Trish who answered the phone asked when the door was installed (the home was new in 2005) and whether they were the ones who originally installed the shower door. I told her I didn't know who installed it because the builder had arranged the installation.
We set up the appointment for 2 or 3 days later. 2 young guys showed up right on time. They worked on the door (it took them around 45 minutes) and they were very personable, they finished the job quickly, and cleaned up nicely. When they left I offered to pay them right then but they refused, saying they were not sure what the charge would be, and suggested that there may not be a charge since the company and quot;MAY HAVEand quot; installed the glass originally.
After about a month, I had not received an invoice so I called their office and talked to Trish. She said that they had decided not to charge me because they thought they had originally installed the glass when the house was built. Trish said the owner was committed to customer service and that their company stood behind their work. What a great concept, huh. I know I will call them for any future glass needs and will highly recommend them to everybody I can.

Mike McKinney came to our house to provide an estimate and take measurements for the Glass Door Enclosure. He was the second company that came out to provide and estimate. One of the attaching walls has a window sill and molding that interfered with the install. Mike looked at the issue and immediately came up with a solution. The-other company's estimator did not leave us with confidence that he really knew how to make the install work. At any rate the enclosure was ordered and less than two weeks later after a perfect install the enclosure not only looks great but is water tight. A very positive experience from start to completions.

We bought a condo that had a shower stall without an enclosure. A contractor recommended DT Glass. I emailed a diagram of our shower stall to DT Glass, and they emailed me three estimates with a link to a website so we could read about the different glass choices. We went to DT Glass' shop and looked at our options. When were ready to order, DT Glass send someone to measure the space and place the order. From order to delivery took about a week, and installation took about two hours. There have been no leaks and the frame looks nice. Very easy people to deal with.

Mike with DT Glass was referred by our tile guy, Rob with Ceramic and Stone Solutions. Mike was awesome. Came out right away and took measurements, discussed options, pricing, and took our order. The installer, Joshua, was very nice and very concerned about getting every part of the installation right, and to our satisfaction. The door is beautiful (didn't think I could say this about glass). I would highly recommend DT Glass. They exceeded my expectations.

We purchased the tile from Contract Furnishings Mart after deciding on the style and pattern with Mike. The work looks absolutely amazing and we appreciate Mike's obvious talent in laying tile.
