"These guys were efficient, respectful, and did excellent concrete work. The work was reasonably priced, and I was pleased with the result. I will say that they're a small operation, so their communication was pretty informal. But as long as you don't feel like you need a contractor with flashy brochures and such, these guys will do good work for you."

"Pat and his helper showed up on time day after day for close to four months to build and addition onto my home. On a previously existing foundation they built a 25'x25' workshop on top of the garage foundation as well as connecting the garage/workshop to my existing home by way of a 9'x25' breezeway. We're talking 10' walls; 7 windows; framed in two garage doors, (one is a custom size and will be installed by the folks it's ordered from, the other he installed); 2 man doors; metal roof; complete electrical including subpanel, umpteenth outlets, and enough lights for a walmart; insulation; flooring; and probably some more I'm forgetting. Bottom line: these guys do it all and do it well. While he told me he doesn't usually tackle such large jobs, he certainly seemed to have no problem doing it. So if your on the fence looking for a good contractor, look no further. Small job or big Milliren Construction can get it done. Seriously I've seen teams of 5-10 guys take longer to build something of this size. 5 stars, highest recommendation!"
