We worked with them for 12 months. We had $550,000 contract. We had a few glitches along the way, but they made everything right. They were very patient, answered my phone calls whenever I would call. If not, they would always return calls. They picked quality subcontractors. All of them were very gentlemanly, were managed well. No scheduling issues. Most importantly, they got the house one by the deadline, below budget, and stayed right to budget throughout the process. I?m very pleased.
