We leave your home as clean or cleaner then when first get there. We will show what the samples of stain look like on your hardwood floor cause every floor has different age. We fill all holes with wood filler, set nails if needed, and sand every room 2 to 3 times to get all scratches and stains out, I'm new to Angie's List but not to floor sanding. This is all I do, so don't hire a general contractor that does a little of everything. I have the best equipment for the job, not the small machines you can rent. When you call me, I do all the work myself, some companies have young inexperienced guys that don't know what they are doing also getting hourly rate so they don't care as much. When you call me you get me from start to finish 15 years experience. I guarantee all of my work, Thank you look forward to doing business with you. "Thinking about new flooring? Think about Young Brothers for the job!!! I just purchased Luxury Vinyl flooring from Young Brothers, and they did a wonderful job on the installation. I wanted to remove the old tile so that I could have an even transition from kitchen to dining room. It was a big job to take out all the old plywood. They did a good job of keeping the dust to a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves on each of the 5 days. I am pleased with the flooring and installation. I would highly recommend Young Brothers. I have other floors that could be updated, and I would absolutely use them again. They had a lot of choices in flooring, make, and colors. I went with something that looked like wood and would match the wooden floors I had in the dining room."

They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath.
