9If you value quality, professionalism, and the structural integrity of your hardwood, please do not use Snee and Sons!  We used Snee and Sons to refinish floors in our victorian home.  It was a costly mistake.  The workers would not show up for days at a time.  When they did show up, they would work for a few hours and quit.  We were quoted a 3 day job and it ended up taking about 9. Our floors were damaged by their careless craftsmanship: several areas have ripples and dents.  Per our estimate, the floors were to be stained with a clear stain.  They completed the job and never stained the floors!  When I called Mr. Snee to make him aware of this he became very agitated and accusatory.  He never remedied the situation and we were forced to hire another flooring company to correct the mess that they left!  We learned a valuable flooring lesson, you pay for quality.  In the future, we will only work with Mike Jones Floor Company.  They graciously helped us through this ordeal.
