Bella Brothers Construction IncWe had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom remodeled in September/October of 2020. This is a good company. They are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for which includes having a project manager that deals with all the headaches that go with a remodeling project. This company returns your calls, replies to your emails and keeps their appointments. The bathrooms look beautiful. The contractors we were assigned (Jon and Leo) did a really super great job. We had Mike F. as our project manager. We really liked him a lot. He was very personable, communicated with us, was on top of the remodeling progress and even threw in our master clothes closet to be painted at no extra charge. The painter they sent (Luiz) did a phenomenal job with the painting. Tom (the owner), Arsan (the designer) and Laura (the admin asst) were all a pleasure to work with. Bella Brothers Construction IncFrom the start with the estimate by the owner to the completed project I could not be more satisfied. I was so impressed with the honest and integrity of the owner I did not get any other estimates and I am definitely a "shopper." We went to the showroom to pick our selections and this was an excellent experience. We were given a timeline for the start of the project which was a little delayed but constantly communicated to us. A project manager was assigned to the job who checked in person almost every day. Prior to starting the work the entire area from the front door to the bath was covered with self adherent plastic. The attention to detail was perfect. Changes were accommodated. The job was actually completed by one technician who was here every day. Any time I had questions I communicated with the project manager who responded very quickly. Every time I go to that bathroom I am more pleased. I absolutely would use this company for any other project I have in the future. I have an absolute comfort level that I can call with any problems and I know they will be resolved. This is without question a reputable company. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! Cintex Enterprises LLCCintex has done 3 large projects for us over the last 11 years. Vince is the owner and is on the job performing the work every day. They do one project at time so continuity is excellent and down time in the home is ideal. Its easy to forget that if you are having a kitchen remodeled there are additional costs incurred because you may be ordering out or going out to eat which is expensive. Cintex is on your job every day until it is complete which is very important to me. They are immaculately clean while on the job and work with you to come up with a design that suites your wants and individual needs. Cindy (Vinces wife and co-owner) is fantastic to work with on design options and materials as well as being very patient while you are trying make significant choices. Vince is great at pointing out little details in the design that the average person might not think about-like which way a door should open or where the shower door should be relative to the toilet etc...Cintex remodeled 2700 SF on 3 floors in 40 days at our place at the shore and we couldn't be happier. The end result exceeded our expectations which were already quite high having worked with Cintex twice in the past. If I hire a contractor three times you can rest assured that they are top quality.- gary b.

My handyman recommended Aldefer glass as I need to replace the glass in my shower since it was an unusual size. When they were here to measure they mentioned they also could replace my kitchen windows. I was excited, one stop shopping. Well it’s two different departments... They had to come back and remeasure the windows, Another 2 week wait. They would not order until I gave them a 50% deposit (which is OK). They told me it would be 2 wks to get the glass then approx 2 weeks to install. I had to call numerous times to see if windows had arrived and schedule install. Bottomline my 4 wk anticipated install was over 2 months, then the middle glass in the tempered shower shattered during install ( 2 phone calls and 4 Additional weeks later shower complete). Kitchen windows still not right. Flys keep getting stuck between window and screen so I can’t open 2 of 6 windows in my kitchen. Terrible customer service. I have several more windows that I need to replace, they will not get my business. Truly awful experience.

I am extremely disappointed in both our window installation and the so-called customer service at window nation. Many of our window's vinyl came damaged with fairly large gauges and scratches. For the exceptionally high cost of windows, I was under the impression that we would receive an undamaged product. In addition to the terrible product presentation, I was also disappointed to see that the caulk appears to have been applied very hastily as it is uneven and unsightly. They somehow smeared caulk everywhere to include the screens, the window frames and drywall, and even on our exterior siding... yet they somehow missed several screws and it is only a matter of time until water accumulates beneath our window frame and rots it out. I contacted their customer service team several times but have yet to hear back from them (it has been well over a month now). Save yourself the headache and go with anyone but this company!

Great. Earth Smart was professional all around. They explained their pricing. They were accurate about lead times. They showed up when they said they would. Their installers were professional, clean and friendly. The windows look great and perform better than expected: We didn’t realize how loud our street was until after the noise was reduced with the new windows and we saw an immediate drop in our heating usage.
