    Terry responded quickly to our call. A water leak had caused stucco damage in our patio (where the screen cage connected to our home). It was difficult to tell how extensive the damage was until the top of the screen cage was removed (by another company) and the old stucco peeled away. Working around some rainy and cool weather, Terry and his assist were able to take care of the problem. He was great in communicating his schedule and very patient answering my questions. He also worked around (& perhaps entertained) the ducks who came up from the pond to observe his work

    PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home

    I'm a very thorough, detailed-oriented customer. I have no problem paying good money for services, but I expect top-notch workmanship when I do. PPR delivered through and through. From the bidding process, which was 9 companies deep, Luis at PPR won me over with their attention to detail, willingness to meet my exacting standards, follow-up on emails in a timely manner, and their very competitive pricing. Then came the prep work. Alberto and Moses arrived timely every day and were very thorough and efficient. From the pressure washing, trenching, taping, etc. Everything was done methodically and with care. I didn't have one damaged bush/tree. Then came the painting. They sprayed and back-brushed the entire exterior project. These gentleman are quite talented. Their attention to detail, and willingness to make adjustments to my request were simply a breath of fresh air. When there was a bit of miscommunication on one area, it was quickly remedied within 5 minutes, and there were no complaints. The quality of work didn't drop and neither did their professionalism. 5 days later, I have a remarkably painted home, stained pool deck and Lanai, and my studio/shed are simply awesome. All purchased paint was left onsite and everything was cleaned up. PPR is my choice in painting company for any projects moving forward. They should be yours as well. Tip them well.     KDR was fantastic. Responded quickly to request for quote. Knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me additional advice for the future needs of this 30+ year old stucco house. Replaced huge portions of exterior stucco on first floor and you cannot tell the difference between the stucco application put on when the house was built. Blends perfectly. And KDR stuccoed some additional areas down at the foundation to help prevent the kind of damage we had that led to the old stucco failing. Just a great professional team of experts and talented craftsmen. Highly recommend! And they do more than just stucco and I will definitely work with them again in the future

    KDR Stucco is amazing! Mr. Kenjon Reid came out to give me what was a very competitive quote, and, as luck would have it, he was able to put our job on the schedule the next day. He and his crew arrived early the next morning ready to go, and were able to complete the job in one day. Our stucco exterior is the original 30+ plus year stucco, highly textured, and originally applied to wallboard that is not even in use these days. Our house is very symmetrical and simple so the stucco is a main feature of the facade and the first thing someone notices walking up to our house. KDR's crew are artisans and craftsmen, because the entire area of the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly! No one will ever notice that such a large area of the original exterior has been replaced. In addition, Mr. Reid was so generous with giving us some great advice regarding how to care for the stucco to prevent future repairs as well as giving some very valuable advice for how we may want to plan to some of the other deferred work we have put off doing for many years. It was just such a pleasure to work with Kenjon (Mr. Reid) and his talented, hard-working crew. KDR does a lot of other kinds of work beyond stucco, and we are hoping to get to work with them again as soon as we can on house painting, concrete repairs, and anything else on our list that we need done and that KDR can do. Highly recommend KDR Stucco! Kenjon actually responds to quote requests in a timely manner and is totally trustworthy and customer-focused. He truly cares for his customers and enjoys his work. That means a lot. It is not easy to find professionals like this and we are so happy we found KDR Stucco

    I called 5 roofers and Total Roofing was the only one who came out to give me an estimate. I think the price was a little high because they knew they had no competition. They came out one week later (right after Memorial Day) and did the repairs. Removed all of the shingles on one part of the roof, replaced and cut the flashing into the adjacent vertical wall with new a new stucco covering. They had 3 people working for an entire day
