Small jobs welcome

"We removed a small lanai and added a very large lanai and pool closet to our current home. We added several areas needing stucco and had several other areas that needed stucco repairs. Clyde and his workers did an amazing job. He came out promptly after I called and then sent him an email with photos, gave us the price in a written contract and did beautiful work, arriving when they said they would and finishing the work on schedule. They also cleaned everything up and left the job site in perfect condition. I canâ t say enough good things about Clyde and this company. Thank you for the great work!"

"Fantastic. Geoff Gilpin and Matt Steele were great to work with throughout the process. As the project contractor, Geoff listened to us and then gave great advice. Geoff brought in top sub-contractors where needed and made sure that the finished project was exactly what we wanted. Prior experience combined with this major remodel assures me that there is no one better for the job!"

Stucco questions, answered by experts

It typically takes around 30 to 60 minutes for a window pro to replace one window in standard siding types, but a window in stucco will likely take a bit longer because of the density of materials. Custom architectural windows usually require a longer replacement process because of the additional fitting and securing required.

The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.

Homeowners insurance generally won’t cover stucco damage unless it’s caused by a covered event like a storm or fire. You’ll need to pay out of pocket for damage caused by age, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or faulty installation. Consult your policy for the specifics of what stucco damage is covered and what isn’t.

Yes, using natural additives and methods that lower impact.

The Mediterranean style is unique in that it’s designed for homes in hotter climates and to maintain a connection with nature. The building materials include stucco siding, clay roofs, and interior tiling with tall ceilings and open floor plans. These all come together to keep the interior cool. The building materials are all natural and tend to have muted earth tones, and the architecture typically allows for easy, open access to the outdoors through large windows and arched doorways. The decor and architecture can range from simple and functional to opulent, depending on the type of Mediterranean home it is.
