PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home.

Was being bullied by my insurance company to do a substandard repair to my roof. I needed an honest and knowledgeable roofer to provide advice on what needed to be done to fix the roof and on how to deal with a heavy handed insurance company. Jonathan Schroer with Property Renovations and Construction (PRC) provided that expert advice and guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to inspect the roof, listen to the insurance situation, and provide a path forward. He worked hand in hand with Paramount Adjustment to resolve the insurance issue and then put on a great quality roof with little out of pocket expense from me. I cannot give high enough praise for PRC and for Paramount Adjustment. Kraig Jenner, the PRC Project Manager, and his crew were super throughout the re-roofing process, and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend PRC to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company.

Contacted the company and received a call to schedule for a quote. Adjusted my schedule and waited for the appointment window, estimator was a no call, no show and company never followed up. I wasted my time adjusting my schedule for this. Would not recommend for a job if they can’t even show up for a scheduled quote.

Jonathan was right on time for the original visit. He promised and estimate within 36 hours. That was a week ago, I have yet to get the estimate or a call back. It would seem that this company is not interested in my business.

They did a great job on the roof. I wouldn't have them do anything they need to sub contract however. Brian the sales guy was great. The office staff were not great at communication. There was plenty of aggravation, but the end product was excellent.

PRC just completed my re-roof. It could not have gone any smoother. I am always cautious when having contractors working on my house because you hear horror stories on the news about people taking advantage. I did not feel that way with PRC. All of my questions were respectfully answered while making me feel like family.

Fantastic job I will recommend this company to anyone that want professionalism, great job, friendliness, pride in what they do, and fare prices …. I can go on and on, this is a second time this company was hired by me, I can be more happy and Satisfy with their work. The windows were perfectly placed in, they were fast but the quality of workmanship is exceptional. AH!... Let me don’t forget the people at the office, they were there for me with any question I may have, very friendly; they all GREAT! They replaced all the windows a sliding door a regular door and a storm door. Good Job. Love it.

I had a leak on my garage, according to the estimator was coming from one of the pipes (vent), those one that come out in the roof. He was knowledgeable and without going to the roof he told me where the problem was, I was so impressed and feel confident this company will do the job right. Randy and Brian explained everything in details and the communication on when and how the job will be performed was there to my understanding they answered all my questions. I will recommend to anyone with roof problems. The job took hours to complete, about 3 hours, and my roof look very good and neat. Thank you Randy and Brian.

At first, there was a warranty issue after Hurricane Irma and frustration. I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some "bad apples". This can happen in any business. PRC has gone above and beyond to make things right for me. Hiring Rick Phelps to run the show along side the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company. He is kind, called me regularly, stopped in to personally oversee the repairs, and made sure that superior quality and service was afforded to me and to the project. I cannot rave enough about how great both Rick Phelps and this company are. In fact, PRC went many “extra miles” for me in that they paid for things that were not even part of their original agreement. They reroofed my flat roof, bought me an expensive hurricane resistant (fantastic) wood and glass door, gutted the room, added a new ceiling, new walls, new thick insulation, fixed an air conditioning issue I had, hauled away old equipment, installed new, fixed an outside hole, rebricked outside, repainted and added carpeting of my choice to the room. It is gorgeous! In fact, when the Home Depot installers made an error on the carpet install, Rick got that fixed for me too. Be sure to choose PRC for many of your construction needs. Ask for Rick!

We knew we needed a new roof. No leaks, but it was old. Vince, an estimator with PRC, was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. We received the estimate at the end of our meeting. He suggested our roof replacement might qualify for an insurance claim due to what he said was wind/hurricane damage. (No other company giving us an estimate suggested this.) Turns out, our insurance covered the total roof cost minus the hurricane deductible! Roof tiles had to be ordered, so there was a commencement delay, but that was mentioned at the estimate appointment. Once the job began, PRC's workers put in full days of labor. There was a kindness among employees and a noticeable effort to do the job right. The foreman, Jude, was frequently present and always available by phone. The finished work looks and performs well. The yard was left as found. The driveway, patio and sidewalks were pressure washed. The gutters are perfect. PRC has done many roofs in my development; the quality, value and appearance, matched by the professional nature of the employees speaks for itself.

The total job took a little longer than I expected due to a few minor problems but at the end we love the windows & doors. The installation was done with great care for our home....we were extremely pleased with our installers Darrell and Joshua, along with the other guys on the job. The price was right compared to other bids we had received. We are very pleased with PRC!

We are very pleased with the work that PRC did replacing our roof. We found everyone in the company very professional and knowledgeable. Ron, the roofing estimator, was great. He was professional and helpful during the initial phases of the project and available throughout the project. He helped get everything in order and took time to explain the contract in detail. Jude, the project manager, was also great. He was extremely professional, well organized, pleasant and very helpful. Communication was excellent. Anytime we had a question he was available to provide an answer and informed us on a daily basis of the work that was going to be done. This was so helpful for us so we could make plans around the work. Thank you PRC!

Randy Fothergill was the estimator and even cleaned the pine needles out of the crevices of the roof for me while he was up on the roof doing the estimate. The repair man Brian Hines was very knowledgeable, and both always came exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, honest, and the work is warranteed for a year, but no problems in heavy rains. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were professional. Did a wonderful job of estimating the cost, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the company has maintained a professional attitude towards us. Our ladder went missing, they left us a badly damaged one, and the company replaced our ladder with a brand new one. Which was very much appreciated. I will be recommending them to anyone else I know who needs roofing work.
