The member who came to look at our basement and give us a proposal was by far the most credible person to come out. Once we accepted the proposal the team immediately began planning and were on sight within a week. Each of the different teams (framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and trim) were respectful of our home (including loving on our dogs) and worked long, hard hours to make sure that the job was done right. Our main point of contact throughout was Jordan who kept us up on each phase of product delivery and made sure we had everything needed to keep the project moving. Distinctive Design wasn't the cheapest bid we received, but as the old adage goes, "You get what you pay for." We are very satisfied with the end product and look forward to showing off our new, finished basement. We would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors

The entire process went smoothly from Sales, Kevin, to design, Jesse with the CAD drawings, and everyone else at DDR’s main office. They made sure everything was planned well and adhered to building codes. They also were very good about assisting with getting approval from our homeowner’s association so we didn’t have submit any paperwork. Eain was our construction project manager. We had 3 estimates from 3 contractors, Robbie Hornback Design was 40% less, while using quality material. In addition, he honored my husband by giving us a military discount. Robbie was professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use our budget most effectively. Robbie insured all work with a warranty. In addition, he worked very close with our city Building Commissioner to insure all work was approved and passed inspection. When he started our project, his brother Mike was part of the team. However, Mike became ill and was not able to contiune with our project. However, Robbie immediately found a replacement. Robbie's new worker was Kahlier and Kahlier did a outstanding job and worked very hard with Robbie to complete our project. Words can'nt express how much we appreciate Robbie, Mike and Kahlier. "Excellent. The windows look amazing & now have metal covering the frame. The siding is lined up perfect & matches the original wood siding. When the addition was built particle board was used and needed to be replaced. The house temperature is consistent and my electric bill has been reduced. All debris was removed.
