"I highly recommend John Scheibel and Remodel It for your home addition or remodeling projects. He and his talented team will produce the results you are looking for. My project was a 2 story addition with a year-round sun porch on the first floor and a bathroom/laundry on the second. John contacted me almost immediately upon my posting on Home Advisor, and within a week or two he arranged meetings with his top guys to discuss the project, long before a contract was ever signed. He called me 2-3 times a week to make sure he understood what I wanted and what he needed to do to get the job. He was always responsive and easy to contact. Once the contract was signed work began promptly and continued as expected. Make sure you understand the variances of contract work, the weather, and other factors before you undertake a large project. Of course there were some small delays, but once work commenced it was quick and excellent. His crew did work past the contractual deadline, but the work being done was so good I did not mind. I wonted things done right and his guys did it right. His framer Efron is simply a wizard with a 2x4, his tile guy and mason Sergio is a true artist, and I do not have the name of his drywall guy, but he is amazing. All of his workers did a great job. In any project there will be unexpected issues and mistakes. John took ownership for these and fixed things fairly and quickly. None of these issue were out of the ordinary and they were all resolved to my complete satisfaction. Even after I gave him my final payment he continued to contact me to make sure that a few small details were being dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Remodel It for any home project."

"The company's patriarch (Kelly) is a second-generation home builder with extensive connections with contractors in the area. Our project required the assistance of a structural engineer to design a beam to allow removal of load bearing wall. Before the they quoted the project, they had all the major contractors come to the house and walk through the project. The quote included a scope of work outlining the tasks by area. They also provided a detailed price estimate that matched the scope items. Kelly was at the house every day contractors were on site to make everyone knew what needed to be done. When issues arose due to material delivery issues Kelly stayed on top of the suppliers to get the project back on track. When we noted a few items that we were not 100% satisfied with, Kelly brought in the responsible parties to address our issues/concerns and work with us until we were satisfied. We are extremely satisfied with finished product. Everyone that has seen the house since the remodel was completed have commented on how impressed they are with the finished product and quality of work. We definitely would recommend this contractor, actually as this review is being written a family member is in the process of getting a quote for a bathroom remodel."
