"This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."

He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."
