It was a bit high for the value of my sofa, so I countered and asked him to do his best for the money I could spend. He agreed. He picked up my sofa and brought it back to his shop a few days later.....he advised me he was ready to do the other half and came out saturday morning, repaired the other half (which wasn't as bad) and did a stellar job, you can barely see there was ever a puncture/tear. I am VERY picky, and while it isn't brand new, its pretty darn close.....I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for this service..

"We were fully prepared to pay between $3k and $4k to replace the lifters on our truck. We had been told by a dealer that they could not replace lifters but that we needed an engine at a cost of $8k. We were upset but decided to check around. We were referred to Hunt & Knight by the shop that replaced the transmission a couple months earlier. They gave us a very good price to replace the lifters but when they called us they told us that the problem was not the lifters. It was just a cracked manifold. Wow!! They replaced the manifold and a couple other things that we needed done and the price was unbelievable! So fair! And the work was done quickly! We will definitely refer all our friends to them in the future. They could have ripped us off because we were expecting something way worse but they didn't. Honest and fair, polite and quick. Definitely worth a AAA rating.

"They offered fast, efficient, reasonably priced service. There are two ladies - one of Eastern European descent and the other of Asian descent and they each have their specialties in sewing. The lady who fixes zippers was not available the day I dropped off my coat but called me the next day to let me know the cost and they time to pick up. I was impressed with their professionalism. They only do alterations/tailoring - no dry cleaning etc.

"Lisa based out of the Fisherville, KY location gave me a call, picked up and dropped off my dry cleaning in the rain, she was awesome. I had a stain on the front of one of the suit jackets and they cleaned it off no problem. There are many closer dry cleaning locations but didn't like their reviews. I would definitely use Lisa again.
