Great very reasonable repair!

Repair cost was almost half of the cost of a new TV which seemed high but I did not price it with other repair shops. He charged $20 just look at it which seemed reasonable. Shop was extremely busy but he got to it in a few days and repaired it as promised. A little hard to get in touch with him due to heavy business demand but finally got through. Russian owner, friendly but to the point, very busy shop. Location by the mall was very heavy traffic.

Took a bit longer than expected , but a job well done

Our 55and quot; Samsung LED was zapped by lightning on Saturday about 10:30 pm. On Monday I stopped at Andy's on the way home from an appointment and explained what happened. They told me someone would come to our house within the hour to diagnose our problem. The cost for diagnosis was $53.95, a portion coming off the final bill charged. In about 45 minutes a technician came to our house, checked the tv and suggested taking it to the shop to complete diagnosis. About 2 hours later the tech called and told me two boards had been zapped and needed to be replaced. His total bill would be be about 335.00 and he could finish the job and have the tv back to us after 6:00 pm that evening. I gave permission to do the repair since the tv cost over $800 new and we bought it new 6 months ago. About 6:30 pm the tech returned the tv and set it up for us. It worked fine. He deducted the 53.95 from the total bill so we owed about $282 more, which I gladly paid. Andy was very professional, punctual, and the repair was made and quot;lightningand quot; fast. Thanks Andy! Where else could you get your tv repaired the same day?

We called Andys around 10 am, and he was at our front door at noon. Service was superb. One gets the sense that he really knows what he is doing, and he does it with a sense of humor.

Repairs were quick and economical. One TV we had picked up and it was fixed and returned the next day.

Did a good job that saved us from buying a new tv. except for trouble with a fedex shipment they had we would have had our tv the next day. definitely will use them again.

When I called Andy's, I really wasn't expecting the service I received. He came to my house that day picked up my tv and took it back to his shop. He said he would call me later in the day and he did. He told me what was wrong with my tv and that he would have to order the parts to repair the tv. He said it would be the following week probably before it would be repaired. Much to my surprise, he called a couple of days later saying he had received the parts early and the tv was ready. He returned my tv later that afternoon just as he said he would. The gentleman was very professional and cordial and punctual. He saved me buying a new tv and I was very happy with the service. I found Andy's TV repair on Angie's List with great reviews and I was not disappointed! Thanks to Angie's List!

Worked us in when he was already booked...had to take some parts and bring new ones and returned exactly when he said he would. Price was reasonable . I will call on him for any future repairs with any TV!!! Highly recommend ...forgot to update Angielist so thanks for asking

Andy's was very professional. The staff was helpful. They even cleaned the inside of the TV and replaced a small part for no additional charge. They were able to fix the TV in 2 days. I would definitely recommend their services!

Great - in and out in a timely fashion. Not overpriced. Would definitely use again. This company has been around for ages and I now know why - they provide quality service at reasonable rates and do so professionally and courteously.

Andy's TV Sales And Svc was very fast and efficient and reasonably priced. He explained what was wrong with the TV and it was ready when he told me it would be ready and the turnaround time was 24 hours. I ended up going there based on what people told me.

The repairman came to our house, assessed the problem, took the TV, andit was repaired and returned in less than 24 hours.

These guys are Old School great. I called @ 9am on New Years Eve hoping to get a solder connection repaired on an vintage Micro Seki turntable that had come loose. Keith answered the phone and said he could look at it and fix it, if possible if I could make it there before 1pm. I took the turntable in and he repaired the solder joint in 5 min and despite my protestations, would take no money for the repair, just asking that if I ever need TV or electronics repair, to call them. They are located in a busy area across from Oxmoor Mall but conduct business in an friendly, caring small merchant way. I appreciated their help and will use them for any future electronic needs and will recommend them to my friends.

He was very, very good. He was very professional. He took our TV for several days, he brought it back, and two days later, it went completely blank again. So he came back and got it and wouldn't charge me. I made him take $25 because I know how it is to be self-employed but he backed his word; he wasn't going to charge me anything additional. His punctuality was great. Everything was so comfortable; it really was an and lsquo;A'.

Owner also spent time dispelling several rumors about plasmas like they lose their brightness and that when they go out that they cannot be repaired. Also only charged $20 for the estimation fee, which was deducted from the final bill.

Everything was very smooth, no issues at all. Work was done for the price quoted and on time.
