  After being quoted $15K for repairing a break by a Roto Rooter outfit, called Pure Plumbing for a second look. Service quote was 60% less since Andy actually took time to see where we could do cost savings. Break was 6 feet deep below asphalt. Andy and his subcontractor who did the digging got all the work (digging, repair, replacement of asphalt) done in about 6 hours by working straight through. Very impressive. He also installed a shut off valve (for inside house water) near the garage, so in the future I don't have to go to the street to shut off water to the house.   Plumber removed my old water heaters,replaced proper pipes from Gas main to new location of Tankless Water heater. I had researched tankless water heaters on line and decided to choose the New Navien type. I had asked him to install the best one I had found. Plumber knew of the Navien water heaters and had installed them before, so we were in agreement. He obtained the correct model NPE 240A, and re-plumbed to the Navien Specifications. ( no short cuts ) He was very courteous and went about his work with out delay. It took a couple of hours, and when he was done, he cleaned up the area he was working in. He gave me a guarantee for his work along with the guarantee the Tankless Water Heater already had.I have since used him for small, simple things like faucets leaking, clogged sink in bathroom, replace bath tub faucets.He was always on time and ready with the correct parts needed to fix the probleshow more

  I?m writing this so anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company will know to choose Pure Plumbing. My father fractured his hip and I have been his caretaker now for two months while he is recovering. As a gift to me, he knew I wanted a holistic doggie spa in my house, so he purchased a grooming tub and looked through his Angie?s list booklet to find a reputable company to do the plumbing . Since Pure Plumbing offered a free estimate, he told me to give them a call and when they come to my house, he said you decide if you feel they should be hired. If the estimate is reasonable and I felt good about them, tell them they have the job. (My father had used Angie?s list before and was not disappointed.) I told my Dad Tony from Pure Plumbing was a sincere person and that he had the job. Because of the proximity of the tub there was a problem in connecting the drain. Tony found a way to drain the tub in my washer drain. We were fortunate in hiring Pure Plumbing and for Tony to do the work. He did a wonderful job and explained all that he did. Everything was neat and ran perfect. A few days later his boss called me and asked if everything was alright. I thought they were very thorough and couldn?t have asked for a better company. I was also surprised, and delighted, to receive a card from Tony with a gift certificate for Star Bucks ?in appreciation for the work?. Now that?s appreciation!   Let me preamble this review with why I needed a plumber in the first place. My garbage disposer had sprung a leak in the middle of the week and I was limited to just using the other side of my double sink in the kitchen. I had to wait until the weekend to do anything about it because I was originally going to replace the disposer myself. Started on Friday evening after work and within a matter of minutes I know I wasn't going to be able to do it myself. The plumbing under my sink and the sink itself were probably 45 years old, now on to the review! I can't rave enough about this guy! From the time my phone call was answered to the time the work was finished and he was walking out the door of my apartment, it was by far the best experience I have had with any service provider EVER! He showed up at my door at just about the time he promised give or take about 10 minutes (I called him around 9:15 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my place by about 10:10) and looked like someone I would want to invite into my house...he made a great first impression and is very well spoken. He asked me how I had heard of him and when I told him I found him on Angie's List, he asked if I had seen any of his promotions. I told him that the only promotion that I saw was for a drain cleaning with a free video evaluation. He looked at me and asked me if I had seen a coupon for a 15% discount and i t old him no. Then he said he had thought he had put it up on the website but it was possible he hadn't yet and since I was a member of Angie's List he would give it to me anyway. After I showed him what needed to be done and I agreed to the quote he gave me, a flat rate, he went to get his tools and got right to work. He took his time and didn't rush through it all. It seemed as thought he just wanted to do it right and took pride in what he did. A big plus in my book. He was also very respectful of my property and kept cleaning up as he was working, He got the work done in about 2.5 hours all the while we were chatting about this and that and whatever one would talk about with a total stranger who comes in to fix the plumbing, When he was through the work area was nice and clean, all the plumbing under the kitchen sink is brand new and looks great, and when it came time to pay the bill it was a little less than what I had expected. I will definitely use this guy's services again and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber recommended to them.   The first impression was extraordinary. I have left messages on answering machines of several contractors advertised as 24/7. I called and the owner picked up at 11 pm on a Friday night. He had Saul over to our home the next day. Had this been an emergency, I have no doubt he would have been over immediately. Saul was very professional and personable. He went about the jobs, and left the place as clean as he found it. A+. You may note that earlier reviews mention correctly that MC is not the least expensive option. They do not charge by the hour, but offer "package prices" per type of job. Frankly, I think that probably makes it easier to know up front what the cost will be, rather than wondering if a job is being "artificially extended".
