The plumbing technician was able to come earlier to do the work and free up my day. He was very responsive to my questions. Replacing the filters were no problem at all. I've had a gold plan with A.B. May for years and have found them to always be very helpful and responsive to my needs. I had to have them send someone again 4/4/19 when a chimney sweep was evaluating my gas fireplace and found gas leaking around the floor turnkey. A.B. May sent someone right out to fix the problem. Jeremy recommended we replace the existing receptacle with a GFCI receptacle since it was close to the sink. He was very professional and thorough making sure everything was clean and properly connected before putting the cover back on. He made sure we were aware that the new receptacle met the 2015 standards for GFCI and that we understood how it worked. Thanks Jeremy

As usual, they did a good job, punctual, professional, etc. We did think the price was slightly high but we needed to have it done quickly and we also know that they do quality work. I would recommend A.B. May for any type of work that they do and the home warranty is a great deal. They come out and do a complete check up and clean up on our HVAC system annually and, even though the system is fairly new, they have replaced various parts, etc., at no charge under our contract with them

Overall, I was very pleased with this particular service call. I think the main reason was because of this particular plumber. I wish I could remember his name. Josh or Jason maybe. He made the experience a very positive one. I trusted his opinion and felt like he treated us like real people and not just a job. I've had two other AB May service calls - one for electric and the other was a plumber. They also were very nice but I think the price was really high on the electric bid

It is a home warranty service. They fixed the cracked pipe under the warranty price. The fix would've been a lot more if we didn't have the warranty. I have always been happy with what they have done with the home warranty over the years. They are usually honest about what they have to do. It was a spur of the moment decision when I called them about the cracked pipe and I googled it later and the price was in the ballpark. It was a little bit high. The faucet was included in the price with the labor. Because we have the home warranty, they were out pretty quick. They give you a window and then call when they are 30 minutes out. We have had them as a home warranty company since the early 2000's

LOVE my gold service warranty. A B May has serviced my home for years and hVe never experienced a problem. Had furnace maintenance yesterday and technician noticed my sump pump was not working. Was able to schedule plumber with 24 hours for full replacement. Opted to upgrade the pump so cost more than my $60 service fee. Still saved me hundreds of dollars
