No issues with the services provided. Would hire again

Sears Home Improvement came to my house, the guy who came get some initial measurements & provided price quotations, and mentioned about a home improvement loan that I might be entitled, they asked me to sign some paper which i thought it was for the home improvement loans, but after a few days some guy from Sears called for final measurement before they do the job; I said hold on, because i haven't decided to get Sears to do the job, a sort of a misleading work by Sears Staffs, & i was very clear with the lady, that i was not decided yet if i'm going with Sears for the job; and that i have other 3 contractors that i have called up for estimates. the next thing i know that i was signing for a home improvement loan application, but instead the lady having me signed a contract to start the home improvement job.

They are really doing a great job.

There were 3 guys. They were good. They were actually really good. As a matter of fact I want them to come back, because I have an extended service plan where they could come out and do all the annual check-up on it and I actually wanted them again. 

I guess the price was nice. This kind of house is so big, so I needed a big unit. They did a good job. Still working.

Very professional, fast, and well done. Got out a few paint stains.

I have a home warranty with sears.

Todd did a great job. He was very professional and answered all my questions about carpet maintenance.

It was very, very, very complicated to reach the right person but once I got the right person, they fixed it very efficiently. It was just very, very difficult to get through their pre-screening process. It was ridiculous. There is a warranty on this kind of stuff and they would do everything they can not to honor the warranty. The people that actually did the work were fine. I will use them again. I am kind of stuck when the only people that will work on my windows are the ones who put them in.

Their service was pretty good. They were on time and did a good job. We had a service call a few months back and the technician who came out was pretty professional and did a good job.

I HAD TO HAVE TWO ROOMS DONE AND THEY CLEANED THEM VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

HAVE ALWAYS USED SEARS FOR MY SON. HE IS 3 YEARS OLD NOW. PRICES ARE REASONABLE, AND SERVICE IS TYPICALLY OUTSTANDING.

DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY. FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE.

THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD, BECAUSE OF PRICE MATCHING, BUT THEY WERE RUDE. THEY ALSO TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO SWITCH FOUR TIRES.
