Daniel checked everything on 7/20 and a time was set on 8/2 to replace my two flue caps and put new crown coat, seal shoulders and flashing and seal one flue off. "The technician came at the prescribed time.&nbsp; He explained what the problem could be and what he was going to do.&nbsp; Once he completed the service, he tested the furnace and showed me the results.&nbsp; He also indicated that if this did not fix the problem completely, just call them back out and they would not charge for another service call (since the problem was somewhat intermittent and was not occurring when he came out).&nbsp; The furnace has worked correctly since. <br />show more
