    Call Cut the Cord: 225-241-6387 I stopped my cable service last November. I was paying $200 with a Comcast bundle: phone, cable, & Internet. The cost of my new services is now 68.95. That includes two streaming channels (CBS All Access $9.99 and Hulu $12.73 with no commercials). In the beginning I paid for Sling TV (Orange plan $20 + $5 to record), but now I have found other channels which have the same shows and without costing anything. Bert and William, who did all the work for me, are awesome, hardworking, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. They do all the consulting, planning, installing, etc. and they are always available for questions or anything extra you want done. Their service doesn't end when the installation is complete. They have continued to be available whenever needed. Personally, the way I relax is in front of the television. With Comcast, I was DVR-ing about 30 shows or more at a time. With Cut the Cord, I now get every single channel I used to get except for Fox News (live programs) and rumor has it that they will soon be available to stream. Bravo just recently offered internet streaming and other new channels are often cropping up for streaming. Bert & William did every single thing I asked, including buying me two new televisions (for a very reasonable cost with no additional fees), changing out my phone system, finding a good price for my Internet service, and they also had the patience of saints. I asked them for several miracles and each time they came through with upbeat attitudes and technical intelligence and fast, hardworking dedication. I know I couldn't have found any other business even half as good as Cut the Cord. They were amazing. They not only did terrific work at a fair price, but they asked questions to make sure I had everything to make my technical life stress-free. It is obvious that Cut the Cord truly wants their customers to be happy. Now, after having Cut the Cord for three months, I've become more familiar with the thousands of programs available and have the option of recording them, plus I've discovered many new shows to enjoy and record. Thankfully, I also found out how to avoid commercials on the channels that have ads. I am a member of Amazon Prime for free shipping, so I don't have to pay any extra for their Prime streaming services. I've also been a Netflix streaming customer for several years so there was no new cost when I switched to Cut-the-Cord. The end result? I'm very, very thankful to have left Comcast and I won't miss their Customer Service at all! Cut the Cord has provided me with more choices than I ever thought imaginable. It's truly unbelievable. NOTE: If I can learn how to use the new television system, anyone can! Seriously

    We like Dish Network. We have a large house and I like that we have more options with satellite service and to be able to have all of our seven televisions to have good service. We love the flexibility of it and the price, for all we get. We have the largest package you can get and get every movie channel out there. We have several hoppers. The only time it goes out is if there a really bad rainstorm. Even then, it goes out for just a little while and then, it resets itself and comes back on

    It went perfectly smooth and he showed up on time as scheduled. Everything worked just as it should. He had a good knowledge of the brand of receiver we purchased. He also set it up in a way that was easy to use and understand. Knowing he has worked on larger sound systems, repaired TVs and installed many home entertainment systems set me at ease. I plan on calling him back to repair my other LCD TV and a Sony TV too. I'm looking at having him install and setup my patio speakers as well

    Mark came out and found out what we wanted to accomplish and put together a very straight forward budget for us and I found him to be reasonable especially compared to the other higher end products that are out there. His products did no contain near the amount of markup that the others did. Even though we paid less I feel like we got just as much quality. He made sure that everything was functional and has put in extra hours to make sure we were trained on what we purchased and that everything was working. He has followed up to see how we like the functionality so that has been good. He was very punctual and cleaned up when he made a mess. He was also helpful when we wanted him to do anything else, for example we got him to help us hang the TV's. He was just helpful to get everything done from start to finish and was great to work with

    Since we had a bad experience with DirecTV, I called DISH and told that sales rep what we wanted and I did NOT want any high-pressure sales talk. The rep was very nice and listened to what I asked and even at one point put me on hold to ask a technician if my old analog kitchen TV could be hooked up. Their monthly plan was fine, so we set up the installation for Friday, Sept 5 between 8 and noon. At 8:10, the tech was at our gate. He listened to our needs and only because of some large trees, we could not get our first choice of where to put the dish. He came up with an excellent compromise so that the appearance would not be unsightly. He was able to get both old TVs working and tutored me on some features. Being that I'm 64, I still needed to read the steps later. We are currently very happy with the entire process

    It went pretty well overall. The first step was to speak with a nice lady at Preferred Technologies who acknowledged that Preferred could do the job. We discussed the particular needs for the job and the appointment time. The installers arrived about 30 minutes later than the designated time. We discussed the number of receivers and their placement. They had to return to their warehouse to swap out one of the receivers. By the time they did the install and explained the workings of the receivers and remotes, six hours had elapsed. All the Preferred Technology folks were friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable
