Our services range from hanging a tv to doing a fully automated home or business. We service the Houston Metro typically inside the beltway and down 45 to Galveston. We offer sales/Installation of high quality electronics that match the big box stores. Difference between us is smaller margains and much better service and installation!. Plus, after the job you can get us with a phone call and actually talk to the people that did the work! We are a small company that is 95% word of mouth. So making customers happy beyond the job is important.

all went well, very efficient and professional
This sounds trivial, but had been the source of much unhappiness both for me, the unpaid over-the-phone tech support person who lives 200 miles away, and for my poor frustrated Dad who just wanted to watch the news. The tech must have done it right because I haven't had a support call from my Dad about the tv since. Well worth the money.
During the course of the installation, the installer was willing to discuss issues that came up with my husband on the phone. As I knew nothing about TV installation, I was very pleased that he took the time to do that. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the service we received and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
The remote is easy and he explained how it worked. He was not familiar with the buttons on the remote and only familiar with what he programmed into the remote. I realized this when I asked him if I could skip through cannels instead of going through them one at a time and he said the remoted did not have that feature. That night I found that feature (because every remote has that feature) and use it to scroll through the menu.
The installer did say the remote was easy and showed me how to use it in just a few minutes.
The guy quoting and the guy installing are good guys I just think they are overloaded and time is not their friend.
"This report is not exactly accurate . Our $95 an hour rate is for one lead tech. We had two at this job and doubled the time estimated and did not charge any extra on quoted work. The clients TV has HDMI synching issues. This is why it was hooked up component video when we showed up. Unfortunately we are stuck with HDMI these days and have to use this industry standard. TV will continue having HDMI synching issues until it is fixed or replaced. Yes we threw new parts at the system. This reassured us that nothing we brought to the table caused this problem. Clients modem and router was installed on kitchen counter top. We had to trace wiring in the attic and hookup wiring in family room. It is not a plug and play deal. We quoted hanging a TV in guest room we did so and hooked up cable box and even assisted the client in activating it. Box did not work so we traced wiring to double check the cable company and wiring was fine. We came to the conclusion that the cable box was not functioning. I am not sure what else we could have possible done to make this not so good situation better. Unfortunately client listed some uncontrollable issues with equipment that we did not bring to the table and not the nice installation and programming work we did at the house."
