So these guys are hard to find online due to the generic "search engine term" nature of their name, but they did a GREAT job when Best Buy failed over and over again. J was conscientious, knowledgeable and very responsive. Just super professional all the way around. Basically, we moved into a home that had in-ceiling speakers already, purchased two new TV's, a full system of Sonos amps and a port, a subwoofer, AV receiver, power conditioner, etc. from Best Buy, and so our disaster began. One thing after another didn't work. Essentially, they didn't really understand how to wire a complex, pre-existing setup, and it was a frustrating mess. Best Buy made 5 or 6 visits to the house. On their first, they delivered a damaged $8K TV. The replacement TV they installed later went out for handling damage, as verified by Samsung, and they just washed their hands of us. They just hung us with a non-functioning TV outside of their replacement period, and Samsung noted that it was handling damage. That's where TV Installation Houston stepped in. We nearly didn't find them—again, due to the generic name—but I'm so glad that we did. From our first interaction, J inspired confidence that our issues would be sorted out. We sold us a new TV at competitive prices, handled the install and got our system working again. There were a few buried settings that we needed him to come out and address later, and he was very responsive and addressed our concerns. Even came back the next morning to troubleshoot new issue When living room TV (both TVs are back to back) stopped working.

The process of setting up the appointment to the installation was great. We used J to mount our living room TV and he did such a great job we decided to bring him out for our outdoor TV as well. He had a special for the mounting kit which he explained during the initial appointment setup. During the phone call he explains all details of your installation including the price so there are no surprises and you pay exactly what you discuss on the call. On the day of your appointment he provides updates and courtesy calls to let you know where you are on the schedule. He works quickly and professionally. I really liked that although he is the owner and is working on large restaurants with multiple installs he will still go to a residential location with one TV and appreciates any business he has. He has great customer service and his quality of work is great. We will always use him for TV installation or if we ever install sound system or home theater.

Waited two different days for the company to show up. Never did, even wrote the BBB about them. Very unprofessional and would not use again. Do not use these people.

They installed a new television for me. They out of thier way. They sent a really nice guy out and he put the brace on the wall for the tv for me. The television was broke when he pulled it out of the box. He repackaged it for me so that I could take it back to the store. They came out a second time free of charge and installed without a complaint.
