"To summarize, this customer hired All American Wastewater Solutions LLC to do an inspection and pumpout on his property. Risers were needed because there was landscape etc. on top of the risers more than 6 inches deep. See TCEQ chapter 285 rules. All American Wastewater Solutions quoted for both of these services at different times and customer authorized these services. A couple of days later, our technician installed the risers. Not until All American Wastewater Solutions charged the credit card for the amount that was quoted did the harassment begin. This is why over a year later, we are now responding to this review. Customers 3 accusations are untrue. 1) Risers- Unfortunately we are not able to post the picture we took of the area after we installed the risers. Angies list does not have that availability to post pictures. Customer called regarding the risers we installed stating that our technician left the area a mess. All American sent a technician over to the property the very next day because there was a lot of rain and strong winds during or around that time. Upon arrival, the site was immaculate and so our technician took pictures and we emailed them to the customer. 2) Invoice- The detailed invoice was emailed after the services were provided and later the credit card was charged for the amount that was quoted. 3) Risers- Before we installed the risers that was authorized, we asked the customer if he wanted them above ground or right below the ground. Customer stated that he did not want to see those risers on top of the ground. We installed them right below the ground level as requested. Right after we charged the customers credit card for the services he started calling our office over and over again incoherently ranting and wailing about county officials and judges and stealing his money. It was disturbing one sided conversations as we were not able to say anything as he would talk over our employees that answered the phone. Our office quit answering the customers calls because we were not able to communicate nor have any type of productive diplomatic conversations. Therefore, customer started leaving messages on the voice mail laughing hysterically and not saying a word. At other times customer would leave messages with various threats and would also email us over and over. This went on for approximately 2 months. All American had the phone company help us to block this customers phone number from calling our office. Judy Sullivan Managing Member"
