Jordan Constructionthe guy we had been using kept putting us off and putting us off and it kept getting worst. so i went on Angie's list and found Jordan's Construction. i called him and he came out in a couple of days and gave us a good price so he set a date and time. He text me the day before to remind me he was coming the next morning. He text me again that morning to let me know that he would 30 min. late he showed up in about 25 min. with his crew and they fixed 18 windows in under 3hrs. they cleaned up everything and did an excellent job. Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of GreensboroI am very happy with the work performed by Champion. Job is not complete because one window came in broken, that is expected to be in in a week or so. Also the electrician has some work to perform, I have no doubt that all this work will be done as soon as they get the parts. This is the 2nd sunporch Champion has built for me. I was very happy with the first or I would not have got them for the 2nd, Vincent Regan was my salesman, whom I was very satisfied with. J.Ashley Home RepairsI called to set an appointment to get a quote for extending my roof over my patio and screen it in. An appointment was set for Thursday at 8:30am. I received a call that the appointment needed to be pushed back to later in the day. I was then told it needed to be rescheduled for Friday at 11am. By 11:20a on Friday, I had to call to ask for the status. I then spoke to a different employee who stated that they do not do roofing/screening work and that they only do interior work. This contradicts reviews, descriptions and their website. He blamed his secretary by stating she was new and did not know. This is HORRIBLY POOR customer service DO NOT USE THEM- Dan S.

Triad InstallationsOverall, it was a very good experience. They fit us into their busy summer schedule. We had a deadline to be finished by, and they made the deadline! When was the last time you heard that about a contractor? They gave us an estimate ahead of time and that was the price we paid, not a penny more. The sub contractors know what they are doing and perform their jobs despite unbearable heat and no shade! I would recommend them to everyone. We are still fairly new to the area, and Rich talked us through the entire process, from sending us to look at showroom samples to finishing details. They are THE MOST REASONABLY priced in the TRIAD AREA! Believe me, I checked. They will do the job you hire them to do.- NANCY J.

I wish I could say give a review of their work, however, they were a no-show. I had an appointment for an initial consultation and waited for almost an hour for them to show up at my new home. No one showed up. When I called the company, I was told that the owner forgot about the appointment..? Is that even a good reason? How do you forget about an appointment with a potential client. Very unprofessional customer service and slow response.

I hired this company to do the relatively small job of relocating the locating the stairs of a second floor deck. They were very responsive initially. The quote was reasonable and they could start asap (should have been the first red flag). They tore down the stairs and then told me the price was gonna be 50% more expensive, then by the end of the day the total price doubled. With no stairs existing becuase they tore them down I have to proceed forward: very shady business/scammers. The worker/workers was substandard at best: it took far long than it should have. Likely because the workers were drinking alcohol on the job. I found empty cheap beer cans mixed in the construction debris. In a super gross turn of events, one of the workers asked me to call the owner b/c his phone wasn't working they discussed how to get his phone bill paid after letting him know his pin is {redacted personal information}, ugh. Kurtis came to my house to inspect the final product collect money and assured me that all of the debris would be picked up within 2 days. Well its a week later, after multiple calls, hes no longer responding and left my backyard unusable because it is essentially a dump, not safe for my children to use. A small job that turned into a big hassle with astoundingly inept and unprofessional people. Gonna have junk haulers come and another deck company fix it. Honestly, a small price to pay to have these miscreants away from my house and family.
