"We chose Champion Windows to replace all windows ($30k). What a HUGE mistake. It took them over one year to finish. First, we were told windows would be here in 3 months. It took 4 months. Second - due to either incorrect measurements or incorrect manufacturing, it took them 5 separate orders to get it close to right. Third - each reorder got put back in as if we were new, meaning it took 3-4 months for each reorder to arrive. We should have been put at the top of the list. Not once did a manager reach out to us to apologize or discuss. In several of my calls to customer service I was told that Champion has weekly meetings to discuss their clients and how they can better themselves and was told that we were the topic of many discussions. HA ! What a joke. So far I have kept 4 neighbors looking for new windows from making the same mistake we did. I am hoping that my email to the HOA, which goes to every resident keeps them from choosing Champion. At no time during "

"The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court."
