He recommended full beam replacement and spread footing for the piers, which was the right call. Yvette and Kristin were excellent to work with and helped with any of the scheduling, financing, and other administrative needs. Agustin and his crew were extremely friendly and respectful of my property. My 76 years old house feels brand new walking through it; the floors do not creak or give anymore, each door latches and EVERY FRAME IS LEVEL (very excited about this), and separation in the base boards and molding was gapped - really can't thank Pinnacle and their team enough!"
