"I contacted 3 different Angie's list providers for Drainage and Patio installation.  The owner of Pinckard Landscape, Lon Pinckard came out and looked over the area within 3 to 4 days and gave me a bid on the spot.  A few days later, due to a neighbor having issues and some work done between our houses, it required Lon coming back a second time to reevaluate.  He was thorough and communicated well how he would approach our drainage issues.  He even explained and helped me understand how some french drain systems can allow for mosquito infestations to build (which had happened to us at a prior house!!) The job was started within about 3 to 4 weeks and a substantial drain was installed in 1 day...about a week later the patio guys came in and created a 12 by 12 patio and walkway within 2 days and even modified our original idea on the spot to create a more interesting look, I can't say enough about how great a job his patio guys did.  We are extremely happy with the finished product and have had two decent rains since completion, both of which showed that the drainage system is working properly.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Lon again.  His honesty and his attention to detail was impeccable.  Thanks Lon!  and thanks Angie's list for allowing me to connect with Lon Pinckard

"The gentleman who provided the service for my driveway was Keith. He came all the way out from Ft Worth to Van Alstyne ( over an one hour drive) to discuss my situation. I had a dirt driveway that was not level and would retain water after a good rain. Keith was able to build the driveway up and level it. The finished product looks great. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. "Greenview did an amazing job. My front yard was badly eroded, and mostly dirt. The soil at the top of the yard was about 6 inches lower than it should have been. The dirt down near the sidewalk was too high from all the washout. I knew I needed soil brought in and the whole front yard regraded. I was really concerned about this being done correctly and without damaging the sprinklers. Greenview did an amazing job restoring the grade in the front yard and laying down new sod. I also had them replace a few sprinkler heads and nozzles and they made sure the system was working correctly after the sod was installed, no blockages, etc. They also replaced my front fence and built a board on board fence to match the HOA fence it was connected to. It looks amazing. All of this work was done in two days. Absolutely recommend this company."

"I used Landscape Innovations for two projects a few weeks ago. The first was to replace my Bermuda Lawn with Palisades Zoysia and the second was to replace a generic walkway to my front door with a new Stamped Concrete walkway. Since I left a pretty mixed review for the sod replacement I feel like it is only fair to give a good review for the Concrete work done by Landscape Innovations. The removal of the "generic" concrete walkway and installation of a new stamped concrete walkway went very well and was completed in one day. They allowed me to pick the exact path that I wanted for the concrete forms and made sure that the color (red brick to match the house) was what I wanted. We are very pleased with the work and get many compliments from our neighbors on the new walkway."
