This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. When he came to our house to give the estimate he was right on time and made sure we understood options for gutter drainage, moving/capping off sprinklers, etc. before the concrete would be poured. His estimate was extremely reasonable and most likely cannot be beat by other competitors. When we decided to move forward he made sure to keep us updated with the arrival of materials. When the materials did arrive he was able to start working the very next day. Alex and his crew were on time and got to work right away. They started at 7:30am and completed the patio at 6:00pm the same day. They made sure to clean up very thoroughly so that no trash or materials were left behind.
