Mike and his team have very practical and keen eyes for what needs to be done to fix/add any drainage without overcomplication. Price was extremely reasonable and quality of work is superior.   I hired Berkeys because of their good ratings on Angi. I had a leaky pipe which turned into a monumental issue. Required tunneling under my house to fix. That experience was ok although after it was finished, there was still a leak and they had to come back out to fix it a second time. Today I had a clogged pipe that had raw sewage backing up into my house. My tubs were full of it. Terrible. I called them for an emergency Sunday service. I explained the situation and they told me they could help today. After 5 hours of waiting, I called back. They said I was still on the list but could give me no idea as to when they could come out nor could they tell me how far down the list I was. Just that the tech would call when he was on the way. 3 hours later, a full 8 hours after my call, I still hadn't heard anything. Tubs full of sewage, and I can't run any water in the house and they weren't able to help me after saying they would be out today. I ended up just canceling the service call and I'll use someone else. If you can't manage to even have someone close to on the way after 8 hours, then you shouldn't have said you could help me today. I would have called someone else and had the situation resolved by now

  I do not recommend this company for anything. Avoid Bacon plumbing, electrical, hvac, drains, roofing and whatever else they tell you they know how to do. If they do this type of work on a commercial property I can only imagine what they would do at your house. I complained about the unprofessional job they did with foil tape so they came back and put a boot on like they should have done from the beginning. The only problem is that underneath that foil tape they put in a screw that penetrated the roof membrane which when removed turned into a roof leak. This was the second roof leak that they caused and refused to pay for the repairs. They also recommended a 21k sewer line replacement which after getting a second opinion turns out did not need to be done. They talk a good game and will beat you over the head about how great they are but while they may have fancy trucks and a cool slogan, behind the facade of maketing is poor workmanship and a lack of eithics
