 + -1 moreRick was great in all aspects. Great at returning my initial call and keeping me up to date on where we were at all phases. He was quick with a remedy and even when another issue popped up he was quick to respond to that issue and fix it as well. He is fa and away one of the best companies I have had ever had to deal with in the AC industry.

 + -1 moreThe day of service went smoothly. Rick was very thorough when replacing the units. He replaced the concrete pad (and made sure it was level), the outside breaker box, and inside thermostat. He even ran the heat to ensure that it was working as well as provided tips to ensure that the unit lasts. You cannot go wrong with Pell Air!
Description of Work: I needed a full inside and outside a/c unit replaced.

 + -1 moreI called Pell Air and Set up an appointment very quickly. Rick came to my house and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. The price he quoted was very reasonable. I would hire Pell Air again and recommmend them to my family & friends.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreIt went very well Pell Air cleaned our clogged drains, readjusted our supply grills and output on our Air handler, checked pressure in our condensing unit outside as well as removed a substantial amount of overgrowth around our unit outside and he did not leave until he was satisfied our house was cooling at the rate it should be.
Description of Work: We were having issues with our output on our ac system. Our house was getting hot and energy bill was getting out of control. Pell Air came to our house within 30 minutes to check it out. After 2 hours of checking our system he found several factors causing our issue.

 + -1 moreRick is extremely professional and polite. We have used him 5 times at different properties and he has never been late and has always gotten the job done. Good, honest, and responsive. I highly recommend Pell Air.
Description of Work: Pell Air has hooked up a mini-split, installed a brand new unit in a second story of a tow home making a dual zone including ducting. He has added registers and ducks at two other properties and responded to at least one emergency service call during hot weather when an AC was not blowing cold.
