"Hired 5 Star Painting to apply solid stain to exterior wood trim on 2300 square foot vinyl sided two story house. Had house power washed one month prior to hire, so contractor specified application of two coats of stain on exterior wood trim with no power wash. Over a month later painters arrived and immediately power washed the exterior wood trim. Little over an hour later painters began applying stain to wet wood, even though minimum time lapse between power wash and paint is 24hours. In about five hours, the painters finished staining the wood trim with the contract specified two coats, though minimum stain drying time between coats is two hours. Next day inspection of stain application showed a light surface covering with little to no stain absorption into the wood. No doubt applying stain to wet wood is easier, faster, and uses less stain. Requested company apply one good coat of stain to dry wood, but company refused, stating work done satisfied contract. Company rated”POOR” and do not recommend. Caveat emptor"

Owner Scott came out, took measurements, made recommendations on getting some necessary plaster work done and sent me an estimate on our project later that day. Once the work started, the painters from Integrity arrived at 9 AM or earlier every day of the job, The work space was always neat and orderly, we received a text or phone call on any days we were not onsite. Upon completion, the space was put back as it was when the process started."

"We used this company at our previous house (and my mother in law used them several times) and had a great experience - so when we moved into a new home that needed some painting done we didn't think twice to call them. Bob did the quote for us and although it was more than we hoped it would be - we knew we were getting quality work so we moved forward. Katie was great helping us pick out our colors - but that's where the positive experience ended. The man who came out was late for a 1 day job and called me to tell me he was done several hours before he was supposed to be finished. I did a quick walk through and signed off because I had to rush home on my lunch break to do so (he was not supposed to be done until after I was off work). Once I got home I realized there were SO many mistakes and corners cut... - the downstairs bathroom was painted a dark navy/grey. We ended up with pain on the register vent, sink, and toilet that had to be scraped off. - the painter came back to fix the upstairs bathroom at our request because he didn't even take the outlet plates off!! He got paint on the outlets, the cabinet, AND the counter. I watched him not deal anything and set an open can of paint RIGHT on my counter on his go back visit. When we called bob to complain he was very rude. There were multiple areas that needed patched that didn't get done and Bob said that the wall was like that. We agreed but point out on the quote where that was supposed to be part of the service. We noticed a few weeks later that the painter had clearly not used a new roller or nosed his and had painted with the navy/grey paint and didn't cover it up. It's so frustrating because we paid almost $600 for this service only to be treated like crap by management and have shoddy work done that I've had to fix myself. Lastly - my husband noticed several weeks after the paint job was done that two of his prescription bottles were empty. We have no way to prove this was the painter - but he was the only person not in my immediate family (which is just my husband and I) to have been in the house. I would NOT recommend this company. Their prices are high and they do not stand behind their work or perform what they promise."

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."
