Some hot weather hurt the plants (which was expected and they are recovering with milder temps) and some weeds came back. They also initially forgot to install some rain barrels. After some repeated phone calls everything is being addressed and repaired. They are very attentive and responsive when you can reach someone in person. It can be difficult to do though during the busy season. Once someone is aware of an issue though, they respond very thoroughly. Overall they performed well and we are continuing to use them for maintenance. We have even received several compliments from some neighbors as to how the scape improved from the weed garden the previous owner had. The lawn has also improved significantly

I worked with Troy, who had a lot of patience and vision. He made suggestions that enhanced the overall project. Their first task was to repair a really bad job (done by another company) of removing stumps and roots from trees that were removed earlier in the spring. They had to fill and level the areas and reseed. I decided to fill in the holes and seed, thinking I'd save money. Bad idea. I should have had Terra do this in the first place;I would have saved time,money and my back and the job would have been done correctly. Once the new seed was established, they core aerated the entire lawn and did two fertilizer treatments. The yard hasn't looked this good in several years. They installed a new tree at the side of the house - the quality of the plant material is excellent and the tree is d*** well. In my back yard, they removed an existing brick patio that had been in place for 18 years and was falling apart. They repurposed the brick to another area to create a small, intimate seating area under the trees. They installed new plant materials - Troy did an exceptional job of suggesting unusual materials, which was very appealing. If I wanted the same old thing that everyone has, I would have called someone else. Again, the quality of the materials is evident. They had to extend a planting bed and repurposed the existing stone border and added to it with other stone. They were neat and fast. Troy did great job of following up. We are already talking about another project to begin next spring. They don't come much better than this group

They're pretty good on responsiveness. On punctuality it's good enough, I mean, it's a landscape company. What can they do sometimes? Professionalism is fine. I'm gonna use them for the Fall. I didn't do a contract. I might do the gardening but they're doing some more stuff at work and here. At least they call you back. Some don't even do that. Probably 4 came out to do the work; quite a few. They left everything clean. Maybe there was one little thing. There's always something. I don't know, maybe some leaves that they probably should have picked up but they covered with mulch. Not a lot of anything. It happens no matter who does it. I have a big yard so it took probably 6 hours. They were here almost all day. I have a corner lot; big yard. It's not acreage. It's like 160x100. I don't know. It's pretty good size. It's not like some huge place in Powell or something

"<p>I hired them last fall to do my leaves at the end of the "season". The date they were to come it snowed. We had a very wet winter and they never did come. They should have called me, but they didn't. I called them a couple of weeks ago again and the date was set for them to come out. It rained that day. Again they didn't call. I called them the following Monday and told them how unhappy I was and they came out the next day. </p>
<p>The men did a really nice job and cleaned up every bit of the old leaves and the stuff that had accumulated (branches) since then. </p>
<p>I talked to the fellow about the lack of phone calls and told him they should be calling people if they couldn't come and I think he took it to heart. So I will use them again. I feel they are a good business and just need to improve customer contact.<br /> <br /> </p>
