Karm does most of the fertilization himself....he is always polite, very professional and always does it on time each quarter. Tina does the landscaping and garden work for him. She is extremely nice, very helpful in telling you what needs to be done and if something is wrong in your yard and needs your attention. They do all my spring cleanup and mulching and prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone but KEP for my yard work.

I never have to be home when he does the work. He has given me his cell phone number. He answers the call whenever I call him for anything, and takes care of my problems. I have recommended him to two or three people. He is wonderful. He sends me a bill and I pay him every month.

Asked KEP to fert and weed the lawn. They were able to perform services immediately. Karm's assistant cleaned up the fertilizer with a blower. ALl done quickly and professionally.

They did respond, and they said that they could do the work but they were unsure about what the cost was going to be. He did finally give me an estimate for $140-$200, but he sounded as though he had not rented a tiller before, which was a little disconcerting. I was able to find someone else who seemed to be more familiar with roto-tilling.

I have used this company for 10-11 years. I would never change, his prices are always reasonable and I trust him. He doesn't charge unless the work is done, but checks every week to see if the grass needs cutting.
